Waza Sushi + Ramen — Restaurant in New York

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through DoorDash TWICE, and both times my order was canceled—apparently because I didn’t include a tip.

Let me explain why that’s incredibly frustrating: I couldn’t afford to add a tip at the time, but I was still excited to try your food. Instead, I now have to wait three days to get my money back and have absolutely nothing to show for it. It’s hard enough making ends meet without dealing with this kind of service, where a restaurant decides my order isn’t worth filling because of an optional tip. This is not only unprofessional but unfair.

A restaurant that truly cared about its customers wouldn’t refuse service over something like this, especially given that the tip can be added after the delivery. I will absolutely not be attempting to order from here again, and I’d caution others to do the same if they value their...

This is the first time I don't want to give any tip for the service in restaurant.... -First of all, she forgot my water. There is only 5 customers in the restaurant. Every table asked for water, and only mine didn't come. I stayed there for almost an hour. -When I asked for the bill, I haven't finished talking and she already put trash in my noodles....I have half food left. And I said I still want to pack 'them'. I have another appetizer also left half plate of food. Then, she only pack my noodles...... -She said if I pay by cash, I can get 10% off. So I paid by cash. But she didn't give me any discount. Let's fine, but why are you cheating me? -My meal cost $15+tax. I took away my change and closed the bill pad. She came and collected it. (opened it immediately and came back to me) She said "You have to leave your tips in here!" Well, I still left tips for her but...

This is my go-to spot for ordering party platters when entertaining company - and it’s always a hit! The quality of the fish, beautiful presentation, and reasonable prices are unparalleled. We enjoy the largest platter, Party Platter D (featured in the review photo) which offers a good variety of sushi, sashimi, and special rolls.
