Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

When It comes to Order Fulfillment Accuracy, Seamless Delivery or even In store Experience and Consistency of the Products through this Little Caesar's Location, it can be a Hit or Miss. Some Days depending on who's Preparing & Fulfilling Your Order Everything will be As You Requested. On other days your order may have to be Thrown Out, Refunded or Canceled in it's entirety rather through Delivery or In Person. While I've had more Positive experiences with this location the times that I didn't were quite surprising considering I spoke with an associate directly regarding my order.

Little Caesar's tends to have great products, promos and incentives for its customers, but the one thing I think they can sharpen up on is really training the staff to take time when fulfilling orders to help drive more business and positive consistent outcomes for the customer. As customers when the product is good and the fulfillment is on point, it becomes a no brainer to want to become a Repeat Customer. Quite a few times I've had my Pizza arrive not to order and Undercooked, Raw and even Mangled which left me Disappointed in the Fulfillment & Service. And while I understand that in the food industry orders are coming in left and right, How you treat your customers can make or break your business relations and often affect your bottom line. Paying more Attention to detail, customer special request and handling the finished product with care can carry any business a very long way.

Some things I do like about this location when I'm able to stop by in person are as follows: The store is often clean, well maintained and there's never too much idling within the staff. They're always helpful with answering all questions I may have and when placing orders they make sure to allow the cooks to know directly what your request is so your order can come out correct. Service has been good the times I've been to this location and the food good also. Can't really expect wow pizza from any chain pizza shop but I like this best of all the chain pizzerias. The only complaint I have is that I went to buy pizza on 9/11/2020 and noticed no signs on the door in reference to social distancing or face mask use. I was with my partner and ordered our pizza. I noticed a man walk in with no mask. I didn't like that especially with what is going with this covid 19 thing. I noticed a sign by the register that stated no more than 2 people in the store allowed so after I placed our order I went outside since this fool was now the third person in there and had no mask on. While waiting I saw a number of clients go in and out with their orders all wearing masks and keeping the number of clients in the store low. It is risky bringing the attention to an individual not following rules but corporate should be more proactive at protecting their employees as well as their clients since some do not abide by set rules. 2021 REVIEW: Unfortunately the service at this location has drastically changed from 5-star service to not even 1-star. Upon my most recent visit here (yesterday evening), upon walking into to pick up my mobile order of Crazy Bread I was greeted by no on. Not one person was at the counter, all employees with exception of the woman at the drive-thru window were all congregated in the back. I waited a good 5 minutes before the woman at the drive-thru pulled herself away to see if I needed help and was able to hand me my order. This is unacceptable. The other staff's "I don't Give A S**t" attitude is unacceptable. If you're not going to work you shouldn't have a job. Because there was no staff working the front counter there was a crowed of people waiting to be helped that went out the door because of the small size of the location. Let's do better. It's embarrassing that our younger generation lacks work ethic.
