1st thing I would like to say it sucks how they make u give atlease 1 star to post which in my opinion is B.S. Now back to the review of this location. this location used to be my favorite spot for their food. however I visit there and tried using my credit card to purchase my food the cashier said my card was declined and she swipe my card like 4 times. Than I decided to use my debit card she swiped my card and still came up declined, that's when I knew something was wrong with their machine. I check my account and I was charged for the order, I told and showed her my phone with the order saying pending on my account. she got the supervisor involved and than they both tried to tell me I didn't pay for the order even after I showed them both my account on my phone with the transaction pending. the supervisor started to argue with me and tried to get me to pay for my food again, I refuse to. they didn't offer any solution to my problem instead cancel or clear out my order and started taking orders from other customers. I asked for the manager and he was just clueless, I ask for a transaction print out its going to show declined or approved when paying with credit or debit than they got really upset and try to convince me they don't know how to print that up for me to see. overall I had to call customer service and make a complaint I left without the food I paid for and had to call my credit and debit card companies to stop payments which was 3 all together they charged me for but yet they want me to believe there's no proof of sale they can give me and to get my money back. will never go here again they was very unprofessional....
Read moreIt's not politely to talk in your native language when other's don't understand what you are saying, at the time of ordering our meal and in a combo way this to employees girl's I would say for the way they were behaving just right after I ordered they look at me and significant other and started to talk in there native language and Lough and I turned around and tell my friend that's rude to talk about someone in there face with no knowledge of what they are saying but clearly is a joke, mockery or just plain bullies and my friend answer back what's the joke and they just stood quiet not really friendly or welcoming as I and company love the chicken sandwich in addition to the order there was something missing and it skipped us with all the negativity but I assure you I will go back and let the manager know about it cuz I got the receive just be professional girls if you don't like somebody or the way they dress or talk wait until they walk away in a type of business that you're in it pays a lot to be nice and welcoming as Popeyes is a franchise that is very well...
Read moreI am very disappointed with the service that the lady that took my order did to me and the other 3 customers ordering before and after inside this store. The lady had an attitude with the customers. I thought it was with the customer before me, but also she behaved in the same way with me and the ones after me. She got upset when we order the 5Pcs for 6.99. After the last customer finished ordering her order, she told one of her co-workers to remove the sign on the window promoting the deal. She asked me what I wanted to take with my food, and I told her ketchup and jelly please. She grabbed a bunch and threw them in a nasty way in my bags and left right away. This is not the way you should do business, specially when we haven't done anything to make you upset. I can guarantee you that you just lost at least one loyal customer of your franchise.
