Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Yuck Yuck Yuck!! While waiting for my order to be made I could see the lady preparing it began to scratch her sweaty head, neither hand was gloved,  and when done scratching her head she immediately grabbed toppings and and be began to add to my pizza. She also wasn't wearing a hair net either. The employee saw me she immediately came out and asked if I was being help. I informed her she was currently making my pizza and asked if they were not required to wear gloves. She informed me "Na, we don't do that,but we wash our hands our hands in the bathroom."  Nothing about having someone scratch there sweaty scalp and the proceed to use the same hand to make my meal is enticing. Not to mention that she also dipped her hand in to an open can of pineapples peices with juice. So she absolutely washed her...

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I read bad reviews before ordering but it’s literally 3 mins from my house so I decided to go. Well, the reviews weren’t lying, the “boss” is the main problem there, the employees are annoying because they are just messing around instead of helping people but the rude one is the “boss”, I went to pick up an order and he treated me awful, he is the crazy guy they talked about on the comments, he wears a wig. He was so disrespectful, no helpful at all and he gave me an attitude and when I complained about it he was like “well I’m the boss”. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS ONE!!?? Worst service ever. I ordered delivery kept getting notified that the order was running late after 2 hours called to see what was going on. Only to be told nobody picked up my order, my order is sitting there and if I could come and pick it up. Are you kidding me after the delivery fee, service fee, taxes, and tip you want me to pick it up because now the store is closed. That’s not my fault I ordered early. Now get this,once I explained everything and it was determined that I was eligible for a full refund; I now have to wait 10 to 12 business days to get my $60 bucks back. Never ever again. Your establishment should be shut down. How do you treat customers that way and stay in business. Totally unacceptable...
