Los Tres Potrillos — Restaurant in New York

Wait staff was so slow and took their sweet time to seat us. We were seated right in the middle of the restaurant (the long table by the kitchen) while booths were still available and our party of 6 was also only given ONE menu to look at. We were also being harassed by one of their drunk customers and none of the waitresses said or did anything. They’d make eye contact with us as they’re passing by and I’d wave my hand at the waitresses to ask for help but they acted like they didn’t see us. Mind you, we were getting bothered by that drunk man for a good 5 minutes so there was definitely time for them to step in. Anyway, after waiting like 25-30 minutes and having only been served some dry chips n salsa and only HALF of our drink orders we were fed up and couldn’t deal with their lack of customer service. It was a Friday night. We walked in WAYYYYYY before closing time and there were other customers who walked in behind us so it’s not like they were closing any time soon. Honestly one of the worst customer service I’ve ever received in this neighborhood. I don’t know if they got new management or what but this place is a goner.

They have some good food, but lately when I go there I get the new waitress that just started so my order always comes messed up. Just yesterday I ordered what I typically order and the waitress comes out with two plates when I just ordered one plate of quesadillas that I typically order with rice and beans instead of salad on the side. I got a burrito and a plate of quesadillas with salad. She told me that’s not how they make the quesadilla plate. How is she telling me an order I’ve been ordering there for a over year now. I ordered this plate literally 2 weeks ago that came how I always order it. Apart from that she didn’t offer to take the burrito plate that I did not order so I had to pay for that plate that I didn’t want. Should improve on waiters and she never repeated back to me what I ordered which is what any waiter does at...

They have Colombian women working at a Mexican restaurant which I don't mind the only thing that is disturbing is that you ask for a Mexican dish and they need to go ask other waiters if they serve that dish even when its on the menu. I would always come here to eat penne a la vodka and it was amazing. Except one time they forgot to cook the vodka with the sauce and decided to put it on top which was disgusting. I told the waiter that I have always pick that dish to eat and it never tastes so bitter so she took the plate back and told the manager then the manger came to me telling me that, that was the way it is cooked and even when I told him that I always ordered that dish and it never tastes like that he kept insisting that it was suppose to taste like that. I then decided to go somewhere...
