I am appalled by the service I received here on 8/16/24 at around 5:45 p.m. I usually order the Mango Slush, which is fantastic, but I decided to try something new this time. I ordered the Watermelon Slush, which, although not terrible in taste, was essentially watermelon juice and not a slush. It’s 90 degrees outside; if I order a slush, I expect to get a slush and not something else. I politely told the two girls at the register that I didn’t like my drink and asked if I could exchange it for my usual Mango Slush. At first, they said they couldn’t do it. After explaining the situation, they decided to call their manager, Li. Manager Li supposedly responded that they couldn’t make me a new drink due to the “loss of ingredients” from the Watermelon Slush. Instead, if I ordered and paid for another drink, they would offer a 20% discount. A 20% discount on a $7 drink is less than $1.50—are you kidding me? From a business perspective, I understand they may not think it was their fault since they likely followed the drink recipe. However, if a customer isn’t satisfied with their order, why not offer an exchange to ensure a good experience? Their excuse about the “loss of ingredients” is absolutely crazy; the cost of ingredients is probably less than $1- (maybe 2 small slices of watermelon, some tea base and sweetener). I understand this establishment isn’t high-end, but good customer service should still be a priority. A “loss of ingredients” costing less than $1 versus losing a regular customer who lives two blocks away seems like a poor trade-off. You’ve lost a regular customer due to terrible service and management. It’s not about the drink; it’s about how the issue was handled. I won’t be coming back.

Moge Tea recently opened another location on 157th Street and Northern Blvd in Flushing Queens. Famous for their freshly hand crafted drinks, there is now another spot closer to you. For a limited time special until the end of the month, you can enjoy a free Mango Pomelo drink when you pick up any three drinks. Prices at Moge is very reasonable. There are all sorts of drinks perfect for you. Sit down and grab a drink or simply take it to go. Grapefruit Yakult 7.25 Dohongpao Bubble Tea 6 Brown Sugar Milk Swirl 5.75 Mango Pomelo 8.75

I have ordered this drink for years at different locations and frequented this location since they opened. This is the first time I have it picked up for me and it’s this color. My relative didn’t notice as they are partially blind. I call to ask if I can bring the drink and have it remade due to appearance, it’s supposed to be their fresh avocado tea. Nothin fresh about the avocado used for this drink and I was told they cannot remake or refund. There was no manager available.

I had a wonderful experience at Moge Tee recently! I ordered the Super Fruit Green Tea and was amazed by its deliciousness - a true testament to the quality they offer. It was incredibly refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just what I needed to brighten my day. But what really made my visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by Wesley. He was extremely friendly and ensured I had a great experience. His excellent customer service skills are commendable. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Moge Tee and highly recommend their Super Fruit Green Tea and...
