I’ve been to Mad for Chicken a few times now, and honestly, it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the place has this cozy, laid-back vibe — music’s good, it smells incredible, and the energy is always welcoming.

But what really makes this spot stand out (aside from the life-changing fried chicken) is the staff. Every single person I’ve met there has been so friendly and genuine. They greet you with a smile, check in just the right amount, and actually seem happy you’re there. You can tell they take pride in what they do — that kind of service makes a big difference.

Now, the food… unreal. The soy garlic wings are crispy perfection — golden outside, juicy inside, and that glaze? Sweet, garlicky magic. Ive been going here with my friends for years after school. Decided to introduce some new friends to this spot since ive had nothing but good things to say about this place but that has changed. The server, a chubby like asian male was the worst server ever. He was not attentive to us and had a nasty attitude. i myself had to come up to him and request the bill because he wouldn’t come up to us and we were waiting like 10 mins for this bill. When we were ready to pay, he was too busy talking to the bartender and his other coworkers. A kind lady had to help us instead. When one of my friends asked for a to go bag, he got it and when she reached out her hand to recieve it he just put it on the seat with a disgusting attitude. MFC please do better. The place was not busy, this guy just sucks. Waited nearly 40 minutes to receive our order of chicken tenders. A very nice server (different from the one who took our order) came to help us, but initially told us that our food was "probably still being prepared". I told him that we had already been waiting for a while, so he kindly went back to check in and told us that we'd have to wait another few minutes.
