Mama Rosaria's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

The food is good, but the customer service I experienced yesterday was atrocious. I walk in to pick up my order that was taken over the phone. I get to the counter and before I can say anything the young lady puts a pie infron of me and says " $21" . No " may I help you or what was your order ?" I tell the young lady that that is not my order and proceeded to tell her what it was .... no sorry about that or anything she turns around gets the bag and pushes the bag at me rudely. I asked for extra honey mustard sauce she says " it's already in the bag" , ms I would like extra honey mustard sauce please , I understand that I have some in the bag. She brings the sauce I leave, only to go home and realize that halph of my order was not in the bag. I had to go back to the restaurant. I walk back in before I could say anything slams another pie on the counter and says $21 , no may I help you or what is your order. At that point I was fed up and didn't even want the food any longer. I will no longer be a customer at this establishment. If I could have left zero stars for the customer service...

Some really good vodka sauce and really good soups..I just recently ordered escaroll and bean soup charged me 9 dollars for a small and what was sad was they put potatoes and celery and onions in it sadly hardly any beans or escaroll . It was very tasty to say the least but I would not order it again you definitely don't get what you pay for like 10 beans in the soup and no escaroll extremely expensive and disappointed could have made enough for a family of four the amount of money I paid for 1 small soup stuffed shells 4 of them went to 15 bucks the only thing was the calzone definitely tasty and worth the money.. I really really enjoyed their food In the past but you are not getting you're money's worth anymore..sadly I don't think I can order anything from them anymore food is just way too expensive for not getting what you think you're getting i mean seriously pasta and beans are the cheapest foods you can buy just not from...

I've been going to Mama Rosario's since I was a kid and their pizza has always been sooo good. It's still my favorite pizza place to go to in Staten Island. I also love the variety of pizza you can choose from .The pasta dishes and chicken parmesan is sooo good. The service has always been great and it's a really nice establishment.
