We just moved into the area and walked into this place for the first time ever on June 18th, 2025 and this is exactly what happened:
I see the "Egg, Spinach and Feta" option right on the top left corner of their menu, posted large on the wall. I ordered two. 10 minutes later I got the order. As I bite into it, I see that I got eggs, meat and yellow cheese. No spinach. No feta. They clearly gave me wrong empanadas, but hey, things happen, not the end of the world. I was in a little rush and the food was tasty, I decided to just finish them and go, which I did. That evening, I told my wife about the place, how incredibly tasty their empanadas are, even though I got something different from what I wanted. We decided to go there for an afternoon snack the next day. On June 19 we walked in there about 2pm and the first thing I told them was: "Yesterday, I ordered Egg, Spinach and Feta", but instead I got Egg with meat and yellow cheese. I'm guessing they gave me something from your breakfast menu, which is absolutely fine, it was delicious anyway. So today I really want to get Egg, Spinach and Feta, do you have that?" The ladies (2 of them, one of whom took the order from me the day before) tell me: "Yes, we do. It's spinach and mozzarella. Is that what you want?" Both me and my wife assumed that they mean "yes, we have it, but it's with "mozzarella" instead of "feta" and I answered "yes, please, can I have 2". After that my wife chose another 2 and we ordered. We were planning to get some Starbucks later and eat the empanadas with coffee, so we took the order in about 5 minutes and left. Long story short, in about 45 minutes I take a big bite into one of my empanadas and it has ZERO eggs, only spinach and mozzarella. I threw it into the garage, took the other one and came back to the restaurant. I see the same lady who took my order, give her that one empanada and I ask: "Excuse me, I got the wrong thing again - do you have the actual Egg, Spinach and Feta option?" Her first response is: "Oh no, we don't have that", to which I responded: "But it's right there, on the top of your menu". The second lady steps in and goes: "Yes we DO have it, but did you ACTUALLY say EGG, SPINACH AND FETA or just "spinach and cheese"?", to which the first lady adds: "I specifically remember repeating the order to you and you said "yes" to "spinach and mozzarella"". At that point I was so flabbergasted, I just said: "No, for 2 days in a row I keep ordering"EGG SPINACH AND FETA", but keep getting the wrong thing over and over... Can you please fix this?" The lady ignores me again and goes "Well, I remember repeating the order back to you and you confirming to me, but ok, we'll fix it..." I wait for about 5 minutes and the lady gives me ONE empanada. As I take the bag, I ask: "Why just one, I don't understand?!", to which she replies "That's what you returned to me and that's what you get". Obviously I am upset and I go: "So for two days you keep taking my money, getting my orders wrong and you have the audacity to give me ONE supposedly correct type of empanada at the end?!" Her reply - "Well, you ATE the other one!" Me - "No, I took a bite, realized that it was a wrong one AGAIN and threw it in the garage, I wouldn't bring half eaten food into the restaurant, it's disgusting. I brought you the other one so you may see that it's the wrong type." Them - "Well, you should have brought it. That's what you get. If you have a problem, call the number on your receipt and complain there!!!" Then both of them literally, PHYSICALLY turn their back towards me so I will stop talking to them and leave... I left the "replaced" empanada on the counter in front of them and left the restaurant completely humiliated and bullied. They made it look like I was trying to hustle them for free food in front of all the people in the restaurant... By the time I got home I was shaking. My wife went back there to confront them and they admitted that they mishandled the situation, offered empanadas, but of course she refused. WE WON'T...

My order was wrong. I called to get a refund. The girl who picked up the phone was very condescending, like I would lie about a $2.80 empanada. She said she needs to see the wrong empanada. I asked if I can send her a picture of it. No. So I took the 40min ride back, only because she was so not accommodating and to prove my point I guess. I go there and both girls there wouldn't acknowledge me. Not even eye contact. They didn't want to deal with me? Anyway, I tell them why I'm there. They take the wrong empanada to the back, no apologies no nothing, and they tell me it's going to be 10min. What? But I want a refund. I don't want another empanada. Oh yeah. They don't refund your money if you paid with a card! Only when you pay with cash. They could have mentioned that when I called maybe?? What's the point of charging you a fee when you use a credit card then? It will cost them more if they reverse the charge? It seems the management is super cheap.
Oh, and there was an eyelash in the filling in one of the other ones. I didn't even bring it up to the girls because I knew nobody would believe me. Whatever. Just don't go there! I won't and I'm telling everyone I know not to as well.

Read moreI always order UberEATS from here and decided to actually visit in-person today. The 2 ladies at the front were having a loud, obnoxious conversation I felt like I was interrupting. And when I ordered with my card, I was never told there would be a card fee of $0.47 which isn't much, but it's the principle of letting a customer know first that counts.
I paid..the loud, LOUD conversation continues almost like they're shouting omg. It was so uncomfortable. Empanadas were good but now the green sauce is way spicier than before. Also, they have a Grade Pending sign on the front, which makes me wonder about their hygiene practices. Floors were very dirty and were clearly not swept or mopped that day.
Edit: I ordered on Ubereats and my driver was there for like 30 minutes waiting for 3 empanadas. And then another 30 minutes for delivery which is not his fault. But by the time he got to me, I couldn't accept the order since I had no time to eat on my break. Why are you accepting Ubers if you can't handle it on the weekends? Making a driver wait 30 minutes for 3 empanadas is the stupidest thing I heard of. Never ordering from here again.
Also they got a C...
