REPLY If your case is to keep your establishment "free" of COVID-19, then don't keep people or tables next to each other. Take their actual temperature, your staff was safe because they were too busy keeping a conversation going by the bar than serving the customers. Your establishment does not keep a "High Maintenance of Cleanliness". This is not the first time i've been in your establishment. But i do appreciate knowing that your establishment is not a place to go and spend my time or money. Have a great day as well. REPLY First your hostess should be telling anyone that comes in the regulations, the sign that you claim is in the front is hidden behind your hostess. Your staff was very respectful it was the manager who was rude. I was not the one speaking about the business industry. When my friend asked his name he kept saying “have a goodnight” i left after wards. What happened then i do not know because i was not going to stay in there and argue with someone who does not want my business. Whether groups come in stagger or not is not my problem at the end this is supposed to be a hospitality business. The more people you get the more money. But that is just my opinion and my experience at your restaurant. Very unprofessional. You have a good day sir/ma’am. ————— Disappointed manager was disrespectful. We had a reservation and were a group of 6 spend more than $800 and was going to spend more until the host decides to kick our group out because people outside were waiting on a table. When we asked she said speak to the manager. The manager was rude and instead of politely explaining he just continue to show us the door. Also we were not the only group. Other groups that were there were also getting kicked out. Never had a problem here before but definitely not coming back. Plus there was no hookah. There’s other places that’s better out there. Wont be surprised if another place opens up and takes their clientele.
