No stars, highly do not recommend! This practice does not care about pregnant womanâs health. I tested positive for Covid with severe symptoms almost 2 weeks ago and was told because of that I couldnât come in to my follow up appointment, on the 25th & that they would be able to see me virtually, fine. Not only did I not get my virtual visit, nobody has followed up with me about Covid symptoms either. Instead they have scheduled me on my chart for the ending of December without reaching out to me to confirm if Iâm even available that day & put in an order for a urine culture for a visit I have not attended. Prior to Covid I had called in because I was experiencing dysuria & having sharp pain when walking and urinary frequency/urgency which are obvious signs of a UTI & was told to take Tylenol & drink lots of water until my initial appointment which wasnât for another 2 weeks. To find out 3 weeks later I really did have a UTI & needed to start antibiotics. The pain started progressing to my back by then, I could have easily gotten a kidney infection. The nurse I spoke to on the phone lied on my chart and documented she advised me to come in when she really didnât. She said if anything opens up theyâll call me which ofc they never did. As a first time mom this is a new world to me & I have a lot of concerns and questions so this is highly frustrating and stressful for me b/c I donât know whatâs going on with my baby. I have called and been told 3 different times âpay attention to your phone the doctor will reach out to you shortyâ like Iâm some kind of joke. I feel completely neglected by this office & itâs representatives which is so disappointing being that I grew up going to NYP regularly and for emergencies & was so eager to start going for prenatal visits until now. I hope someone from NYP actually pays attention to these reviews and comes up with a better system. If someone knows of a better practice please...
Read moreUnless you want your child neglected told false diagnoses, and dismissed I suggest you donât come here. They donât care about their patients. Upstairs the GYN nurses are amazing. Downstairs pediatrician, hell no. Stay away . I will be taking my complaint to the OPMC department of health. They kept telling my my child has asthma for over a year when in fact she didnât have that at all, she had recurring respiratory infections, so I was giving her Albuterol for the infections wondering why the hell it wasnât fixing her breathing and coughs, they gave me trouble getting a pulmonologist referral, ENT referral to figure out why my child is coughing nonstop for 8-12 weeks. Had to be admitted in the ER for heart rate and oxygen dropping/ becoming apnic. my daughter almost lost her life because of their negligence. Doctors have a duty of medical standard care and thatâs what I expect working with a medical professional, but you will not find that here. Donât go here if you...

I finally came across one of those that seemed like she truly hated her job and let it show. I canât recall if her name was Potrice or Potricia but her last name is Chapelle and she barely even uttered good morning when I came in and greeted her. After giving me my wrist ban, she legit waved me away and just said âokâ. Girl, itâs Christmas Eve. If you donât wanna work, donât. There are way too many people who need a job and would love to take yours for you to be being nasty and annoying around the holidays.
Original review: Not sure what these reviews are about or why theyâre so negative but every single nurse, doctor, security, front desk person.. EVERYONE I came into contact with was absolutely pleasant to me. They were friendly, attentive and just straight up kind. Maybe I caught them on a good day but I really have zero complaints about my...
