I almost never share reviews on Google. I am doing it for Cantor Daniel Pincus because he was truly outstanding.

Our situation was rather unusual: families speaking Russian and French, friends speaking English. One side Jewish, one side Christian Orthodox. Looking for a civil officiant, but also with a religious/spiritual dimension. Cantor Daniel Pincus did it all.

During the ceremony, he spoke mainly in English, but also in Russian and French, and sang/prayed in Hebrew. Both families felt included. He was our civil officiant, but he also included God and spirituality and tradition in the ceremony, moving us with his words and his gorgeous, warm voice.

He had told us that we were in good hands, that we would feel like guests at our own wedding ceremony. It was true. He guided us and advised us before the ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, he was here early, he was organized, you could tell he was experienced, that he knew what he was doing.

Let’s just make it clear Cantor Daniel Pincus is absolutely amazing. 8/12 I reached out to him last minute because my then fiancé and I had our wedding date set for 8/14 originally wanted a courthouse wedding but last minute changed plans started googling and came across Mr Daniel called him he was so pleasant and comfortable to talk to and he for sure took time to understand us and our needs. All it took was 1 45min-1hr conversation and we were locked in 2 days later he was at our place of choice marrying us. He put a lot of thoughts and love into making our day one to remember. We thank you so much for all that you did for us and we appreciate you Cantor Daniel. Cantor Daniel Pincus' joyful chanting of the "seven blessings" at our wedding in 2010 was an expression of his loving devotion to tradition and his excitement for the proud strength of new ideas to come. He is a wise religious professional, a creative musician and a master of Jewish sacred repertoire. When he served our congregation he made warm connections at many levels of the community. He taught our Hebrew School children about Jewish traditions in prayer and offered them sessions with his collection of musical instruments. He was courteous to our elders and he worked well with many other groups of the congregation. His beautiful voice and his thoughtful commentaries were highlights of our weekly Sabbath services.
