Mamma Mia Pizza — Restaurant in New York

We order pizza twice a week. Every order 50 or more bucks with generous tip always. I just got a ridiculously rude phone call from Mamma mia pizza. My fiance and I have waited outside several times in the cold and in the rain to receive my pizza from them because they always call 10 minutes before the delivery guy gets on my block. Today my son gets stuck in the elevator for five minutes and the Guy screamed at me telling me his delivery guy is standing in the rain waiting when I already had the pizza! At the top of his lungs screaming We Are Too Busy for this! Well now I will give my hard earned money to a business that talks nice to their customers because I am too busy to get yelled at for spending money. If your customer service job is too stressful to deal with people nicely then you should find another. So rude. Never ever will I buy or recommend them again. La Casa Bella is way better with customer...

My home girl, and I came here all the way from New Jersey to have some authentic NY style pizza. The original guy who took our order didn’t tell the pizza man the toppings we asked for. So the situation was handled with the man who made our pie. He was very patient, and considerate regarding the confusion of toppings. My homegirl got her mushrooms, and I waited 10 mins maybe less, for my eggplant topping. Time was wasted, but the pizza man handled it like a pro, and the pie was DELISHH, and exactly what we were looking for. If it wasn’t for the miscommunications, and time wasted, I would have given this place five stars. I have to add. The pizza man didn’t charge us our drinks which was super nice of him. AND we were the only 2 customers...

I ordered from there a few times since i live in the neighborhood and everytime i ordered there was a problem. I ordered a few pasta dishes and when they delivered my order they didnt send me no forks,knives or napkins and they tell me when i call them back that im suppose to specify that i want those things. Then today when i ordered and i told them to give me forks,knives and cups because i ordered a 2 liter of pepsi he sends me cups and forgets the 2 liter of pepsi and tells me i didnt tell him to send the pepsi because when I asked for sprite he said he didnt have sprite so i told him ok send me a pepsi....
