The worst place to eat and customer service. 1. Food is half way cooked or cold. 2. Waitress ignores you because they are focused in their own clients for tips. They tell you upfront if you need something wait for whoever is helping you. They will not bring you water or anything if you need assistance. You can go to the cashier / the manager’s daughter to complaint and still replies wait to whoever served you from the beginning. I wouldn’t return there even if is the last place to eat. There are some mom or pop restaurants that still have knowledge about customer service and neatness. This place is like you are eating in a public market in the street on top of each other. The appearance is not appealing and look like a old place. My money worth I if you disrespected me as customer I don’t invest in...

My family and I have been going to marinas for YEARS. Previously, she did not have this location and sold pupusas at her house in the area. Even then, the pupusas were amazing and flavorful. When we learned she had opened up a restaurant, we were happy to see she was doing good for herself. She personally goes to El Salvador to get the cheeses, spices, and candy she sells at the counter. I've tried other places in Brooklyn, but most of the time, the filling is either too little or not flavorful enough.
