At first the staff was friendly. I thought I found a reputable and responsible place. Ordering balloons and chair for my event was easy. But the pick up on the day of my event was problematic. First they had problems with blowing up the balloons, they were damaged. Then the chair I requested was also damaged. Ofcourse they didn't tell me that but I looked over the chair and noticed the damage. The saleslady told me that they had another one that wasn't damaged but someone else has it. So why give another paying customer a damaged item? ...

I worked with Julie her personality is unforgettable her decorating skills are Undeniably Awesome!
