Right off the bat, I only rated a 2/5 overall because of the discrepancy between what is advertised and reality. I am writing this for the manager of Marko’s. When you order a 1 topping pizza $21 is charged instead of the advertised $15.95. When I asked if this was an old menu with old prices that needs to be replaced so customers aren’t confused, the cashier responded no and showed me a 1 topping pie of pizza shows up as $15.95 in the system; HOWEVER, this is where it gets confusing and customers are charged extra if they don’t pay attention: once a 1 topping pizza is chosen, it prompts the cashier to choose which topping (eg. mushroom), and once you pick the topping another $2.5 is added to the base price. The reason this doesn’t make sense is that a 1 topping pizza is already $2 more expensive than a regular cheese pizza. Therefore, why should anyone have to pay $2.20 extra?! I proceeded to ask if it is possible to order a regular (cheese) pizza and add a topping of mushroom. The cashier tried it in the system and it was successful so they responded: “yes!” So I advise any customers, until this discrepancy is fixed, to order regular pizzas and add toppings to your desire. I’d appreciate your prompt attention to this matter! p.s. The employees themselves and the quality of food is superb!

Not sure about 5star reviews… Exited by the great view but disappointed by how it came out. The server didn’t re heat the margarita pizza that I ordered. But since it’s a first try, I thought it’s fresh from the oven. Well it was no crunchiness at all, rather soft and doughy. Cheese wasn’t melting condition neither. Taste was a regular pizza. I believe they must do better usually but for me it was first and only try.

I live in the complex and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the new pizza joint opened up. I went to Florida for a few days and came back and it was up and running. Super clean shop with a great, cool atmosphere. I wasn’t sure what to order so the owner gave me and my husband a free slice to try. What a nice gesture! It was a great slice. I recommend trying out Markos!

They have just added an ice cream soft serve machine. I asked both individuals behind the counter for ingredients of the ice cream due to allergy concerns. They rudely shrugged their shoulders and said we don’t know. I persisted and asked for them to tell me it was dairy or non dairy ( non dairy often contains nuts which I was trying to avoid). I asked if the ice cream came with any packaging or if the owner left instructions regarding the supplier , they rudely shrugged their shoulders. Absolutely no effort to help. This is the third time they have not been able to give any information on ingredients ( my previous requests were related to other items). At the very least they should know what they are serving and whether it contains any top...

Pizza is good. Christmas decor is on point. The whole place is clean...I mean spotless and bright. Buy one get one half off for beer is a great deal. Owner is a bit of a wise guy tho. None of the items in the display case are clearly labeled therefore someone like me who's been working since 3 am will not be able to properly identify what something might be in there. It would have been 5 stars if the owner didn't snap at me for not knowing what something was in the UNLABELED display case. Not an exchange I like having when I've been at work all damn day and...
