Stuyvesant Town Fountain — Attraction in New York

Been moseying in, around, near, through Stuyvesant Town for the last, what (???), 11 years...living just opposite the Clocktower (now smiley face) playground, outgrowing it and moving to Peter Cooper. And always, the Stuyvesant Town Fountain is there as a sentinel -- a joyful signal of life abounding, friends and family, children and pets. This is a very nice place for relaxing it have an Ice skating rink for all ages just a few ft away. You have to be a resident of Stuytown or Peter Cooper before you can get access. It doesn't matter if you have full season pass,you need to get a ticket/wrist band to skate. The only problem you have to wait in an open air environment, exposed to the element 🥶 for 75 minutes. They have a few heating lantern that doesn't work. Dress warm if you intend to wait...

If you are not far from this place and you're working as a caregiver...if it's convenient for your patient you can take them there to walk around or talk for 1 hour or more, depending on your schedule.
