McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I've been to this location multiple times. You never truly know what your walking into. It could be a good day, could be a bad day.

I've been to this location and encountered homeless people going up to each guest waiting to order and asking for cash. I've had staff forget some items from my order and had to return to get them. I've experienced the line being so backed up that it reached the tables where guest sit.

However, on a good day, none of this happens. My last visit was a good day. I got all my items, didnt run into any homeless people and the staff took my order with no issues.

I have rarely have an issue with the staff i place the order with, typically the issue comes from the people packing the bags. They get defensive when you tell them they missed an item, basically insinuating that your lying and once they check the bags themselves, they see something is missing. They dont apologize and instead get you whatever is missing and walk away. It's rude over here.

Overall Mcdonalds isnt what it used to be. The burgers are smaller then ever with higher prices. The fries USED to be the best item and now i dont even like them. They never have all drinks available, something is always out of stock. Don't come here with high...

This literally happend few minutes ago, if I could put negative star I would! my sister is pregnant and she was craving a mcflurry with M'MS so she asked me to pass by and get her 1. It was exactly 10:30pm I went inside and I saw a worker cleaning up tables, so I tried to make it quick as possible as soon as I walked in the worker cleaning the table turns to the smoothie machine where the other worker was standing by, which I realized it was the manager because she had a different color shirt , gray shirt with a scarf material. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. Meanwhile the one outside cleaning tables started laughing, Like really ? Was it necessary? I made a quick turn and walked right back out. As a manager you should always have a welcoming and professional approach. If people are still coming to your business close to your closing hours try to profit from it and make more money instead of having a attitude and rolling your eyes like a immature person. YOU STILL HAD HALF A HOUR! That's crazy I don't understand how they could have a top position and still act like a ignorant human just because you want to chill for the remaining minutes that your still...

SCAM!! PARKING SCAM!!

I ate there this morning, May 26th, 2015, and got my car towed while in the property. I ran and outside and the guys with the towing truck from 809 Collision INC, who by the way acted like some gang members and we're looking for an altercation, wouldn't let go of my car without paying them a $136 fee. When I approached the GM of the store Mr. Carlos Roldon about the issue, he refused to give me an answer to why my car was being towed while parked in their premisses! I showed him the receipt to prove that I had just purchased food at their store, but he only responded by saying that he has no control over it, and walked away! He was carrying no name tag on his shirt, and first refused to tell me his name! Based on his response and attitude, it was obvious to me that Mr. Carlos Roldon is corrupted and get's a cut from the Towing Company (809 Collision INC). A man like himself should not be working for a such reputable Corporation.

This was an awful experience for myself, as I ended up paying for a MCD breakfast what I would have payed for a dinner for two at a high-end restaurant! Only one word can describe...
