Oh boy here we go… McDonald’s you need to do a better job in hiring your employees, maybe emphasize on training in a can do and not won’t do attitudes or maybe if you’re not happy with your job then quit?
It’s 5:50 am I come to the drive thru to pick up a customer order through DoorDash. I say good morning I’m here for a pick up thru DoorDash the older lady proceeds to tell me we are closed and we open at 6am (24hrs on ur website and posted on door) I then ask do u even have the order on ur system she then proceeds to say idk what you don’t understand but we open at 6
I was fine with waiting for 10 min as the dasher app tells me to pick up by 6:10 so I had time to play there game and that’s when things get spicy.
So now there is a car in front of me who put in an online order and he too was told the same thing and he waited till 6 and got his order and now I pull up and now there’s a customer inside being attended to.
It has not been 15 min I’m waiting and now 3 employees know I’m at the window no one wants to help 6:07 young kid comes up to the window and I show him the phone with the order number and what’s in the order for him to come back and say that there is no such order and to come inside… I come inside and young girl Laura… man she needs some LIFE training on how to talk to people goes ahead and says I’m not making that order and the order is cancelled. Now I’m upset because 1st person tells me we open at 6 (lies) then second person tells me we can’t find the order (lies) you deleted it I know because I’ve worked in restaurants dealt with door dash as a merchant and definitely know how to operate the tablet then come Laura with the nastiest attitude “I’m not doing that order” then wants to lie and say that I cursed her out or something along those lines and also that the order got cancelled… obviously not because the order would have been updated on my phone….
So now the manager comes out aggressively again he does not know the situation as he was working In the back and I had to deescalate the whole situation and explained that you guys had me wait 30 min that I could have been dropped off the order to the customer and Laura is still saying she won’t do it and even when her manager told her to walk to the back she still wouldn’t listen…
Manager made the order as I’m walking out she’s still talking out loud for me to hear… I’m sorry but McDonald’s y’all really need to do a better job in training your employees in how to be welcoming and hiring your employees
You can walk in there loving life to hating your life walking out.
Attached are the hrs of operation that is on google and posted on the front door
Again if you feel like you don’t like your job just quit no need to take your frustrations on others… we all work just like how u were working and not wanting to help a customer while getting paid none the...
Read moreI rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this particular McDonald's location in the hopes that management will take steps to improve the situation. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing on multiple levels and left me questioning whether I’d ever return to this location.
To begin with, the cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely poor. Upon entering, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor that resembled urine, which was both off-putting and deeply concerning for a food establishment. The floors were sticky. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in a place serving food to the public.
As for the service, it was painfully slow. I waited nearly 25 minutes for a basic order of a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, which is highly unusual for a fast food chain known for its efficiency. There was no clear explanation or apology for the delay. The staff appeared disorganized and overwhelmed, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at the time. Multiple other customers were also visibly frustrated, checking their phones and glancing repeatedly toward the kitchen in confusion.
This lack of basic customer service skills added to the overall negative experience and made the atmosphere feel hostile rather than welcoming.
To make matters worse, the food I eventually received was lukewarm and poorly assembled. The burger bun was stale, the fries were soggy, and the soda was flat. After such a long wait, it was incredibly disappointing to be served food that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I understand that mistakes happen, but this felt like a complete breakdown in both food preparation and quality control.
All in all, this McDonald's visit was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I’ve had good experiences at other locations, so I know the standard can be much higher. Unfortunately, this particular branch fell far short in terms of cleanliness, speed, food quality, and customer service. I sincerely hope that corporate or franchise management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I would strongly recommend other locations or dining...
Read moreIt's the local nearby McDonald's so really, so there's not much choice especially when doing take out. Depending on the time of the day, the place can be overly crowded and take forever to get your food, even if it's ordered ahead. You'll never know if it'll be done in 5 mins and sitting on the counter or 30 mins because they are busy. The food is hit or miss.. at times you get freshly fried fries (when it's a new batch of oil), other times the fries are soggy and/or over fried because it's been sitting there under the heating lamp. Another gripe I have with the fries is they loosely fit the fry container where only about half the container is filled. For the amount they are charging nowadays for food, it should be filled properly. The same applies to the nuggets, sometimes it's fresh and juicy the way it should be, but sometimes it's dried up and old stale nuggets.
Next is the staff, during peak times most of them are too busy to even acknowledge you when you pick up your order, and God forbid they forget to pack some things, you literally have to stand there for 15 minutes sometimes before they notice you. There is one specific manager who works there that is obnoxiously rude and gives you an attitude when you ask for things because they forgot to pack it. For example, when you select 4 sauces and they either forgot to put any or only one; their immediate response was they have to charge you for each additional sauce. (Give me the 4 that came with my order!!) I've had instances when they completely forgot an entire sandwich too, and they look at you as if you are lying; this is the reason I always check my bags BEFORE leaving...
