If the owner of this franchise wonders why it is so slow in the mornings, when such a location should be packed, they need to send people in to observe their staff. For the second time, my order was incorrect. A few weeks ago at the drive through coffee with half and half and splenda was served black. This morning, going inside in the hope of better communication, I was given the wrong meal. Common sense would dictate that no one orders a meal with the hideous sausage sandwiches off the regular menu, when you could get the 3 components from the dollar menu. While watching a feeble witted girl wander back and forth 3 times to prepare coffee, the lady in front of me was waiting for her change, as the register had none. The reason why was the manager flirting and flitting around, as if on a Broadway stage, while insisting he already gave the cashier the needed change. We could see the 20s sticking out of his shirt pocket. I am amazed that there were even 3 cars in the parking lot, this place need a mass firing program.
For some insane reason, I stopped there again on the way to school, and nothing has changed. Now, they had a young guy who could not speak English and also had received no training whatsoever, behind the register. This is the Bronx, every bodega, coffee shop or food truck has employees who understand a simple coffee order. Read moreI came here as my family bought in the drive thru so I can use the rest room. I told the security guard from the beginning that I understand that because of the pandemic there might be some limitation on my using the rest room. However I needed it with urgency because (showing) I was pregnant. The security guard said “no”. I said even if I am pregnant, and she said no still. I asked for the manager and she said “no manager”. She send me to a near by gas station. I went there and they gave me better service. I came back to speak to the manager. No wonder, the manager had the only “and what your point” satirícele when I told him what happened. To the point that he mentioned that it is her job to say “no” to people. I asked him “even when I asked to speak to a manager” he said “yes”. I asked him who his manager was and he really said “well, above me only the owner”. I’m like really?! (I guess he promoted himself). So I asked for the owners name and he said it was Tony, I don’t really know the truth of it but that’s all I got. This was the most terrible experience I have even had in my life. I work for a bank and this customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Because of the security guard and him I have a terrible impression of all the workers. And I would never recommend anyone to this place. Read moreI’ve had two horrible experiences at this McDonald's, and I’m honestly so frustrated. First encounter: I was in the drive-thru for over an hour just trying to place my order. When I finally got to the window, my fries were cold. It didn’t stop there— the lady working the overnight shift literally snatched the fries from my boyfriend’s hands and DOUBLE DIPPED them in the oil. I’m pregnant, and I found the whole interaction disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I ended up not eating the food at all because I just couldn’t trust it after that. I honestly felt so disrespected by the entire situation. Second encounter: I placed an order for breakfast at 10:20 am, and when my boyfriend went to pick it up, they told him my order was canceled— even though there was no notification about it on the app. The employees then told him they were only serving lunch and made me cancel my order entirely. This was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely disregarded. I don’t understand how something so simple could go so wrong, and it was honestly such a waste of time. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but both of these incidents were beyond disappointing. I’ll definitely be reconsidering where I spend my money next time.
