Overnight shift is very unprofessional, slow, lack customer service at its upmost. I am a delivery driver, at the moment I was riding a bicycle, usually in other restaurants if the lobby is closed I can make an order through drive-thru, tonight, it was not the case, I waited in the line with cars 20mins as I got up to the window I waited another 7mins, the lady responds to me " no orders can be made here with the bicycle, go to the front" since there were other delivery services already there to get picked up, they took care of them first, when I tried to get the lady's attention, she kept closing the window, not taking my order and passing out take out to drivers, 12 people showed up and business was made, as for me when there were no more drivers, I was the last one standing there, waiting 50mins, Why I waited this long?, I'll tell you..So I can shove this bad review up there hineys and let the people know just how inconsiderate they were being, they knew I waited this long and didn't have no concerns whatsoever, very careless, like I said horrible customer service and indecent attitudes. Order online, if you have a car they'll take you, just pick up and get the hell out of there, if your trying to walk in or order there with a bicycle, you got no chance. I grew up with this McDonald’s location , so I’ve seen just about everything . However the people they have there now are literally HORRIBLE . If you order something off of a 3rd party app ( UberEats , DoorDash , Seamless ) they will half-a*s your order because they know you’re not going to come back to fix it . I was recently given cold hard fries that tasted like they had been sitting out & a watered down ice tea that I ordered off doordash . I walked back to the restaurant to fix my order because I live walking distance . Upon arrival I was frustrated but respectful none the less stating my issues with the order . The lady I approached looked like a manager however she did not say one thing to me after i expressed my grievances . She grabbed the bag , walked away , fixed the bag , rolled her eyes and gave it to me . All while still saying nothing . HOW DO YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE THAT A CUSTOMER IS FRUSTRATED AT THE LACK OF CARE FOR SOMEONE’S FOOD ? This location is horrible and after decades of being there is NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
