Please avoid if you can. I regret even trying to come here every year or so thinking “maybe it won’t be SO bad…” or because it’s such a simple reason I’m coming into the store that shouldn’t require more than 30 seconds of hearing my question and providing an answer or telling me to call AT&T even or whatever. If you plan on trying to use this store, do not rely on any hours posted despite they technically may be “open” but they will lock the door and pretend they cannot hear or see you outside lol If you want to close early by 30 mins or more then at the very least do customers the decency to simply say “sorry we had to close” and even just make up a lie?! It sounds bad to suggest that but what’s worse is being treated so horrible by at least 4 or more employees pretending as if you don’t exist and are so insane to try to go to their store for help at a time they blatantly are open. This has happened before but I can be annoyed yet understand 5-10 mins before closing but like 30-45 mins?? And not even acknowledging the fact they know they should be open and acting honestly beyond rude and just wow. I tried calling after I knew what was happening and watched from the other side of the street (since they obviously wanted to go out of there way to ensure nobody was coming in or getting help at this store and standing directly in front wasn’t helping and making things worse for me because it was just so ridiculous) and literally watched them stare at the phone and without thought just ignore it and it wasn’t even like a “should I? Shouldn’t I? Answer the phone…?” But straight up “obviously what we always do and let it continue ringing endlessly and it’ll hang up eventually on them automatically.. so that way we dont have to do anything” lmao so many bad experiences (to put it nicely…) and this was the most recent and finally just AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN AND IF YOU THINK ITS WORTH IT FOR SEMI CONVENIENCE PLZ RECONSIDER UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED LIKE HUMAN...

Not only did i have to wait 45 mins for a sale rep to acknowledge me after i told them i am waiting , when they did finally get the chance to see me they were very rude and snobby. I came in to change a upgraded phone and the sales rep who supposedly said he was the manager never could look me in the eye to talk. He was so busy worrying about his phone call then dealing with the customer. When he finally decided that his phone call was less important he came over and very briefly asked what i came in for. When i told him what i came into the store for he was very quick and rude about it. Saying oh you have to pay a fee and we don't have the phone you want in a rude and quick manner. He never tried to figure out a solution to fix the issue he was just so quick to deal with another customer. But of course a female was next to me with the phone that i was requesting. And as soon as she said i need help he ran to her with no issue. All they worry about is commission and i dont think that i right when you are dealing with customers. I will be filing a complaint with the department and also the general manager about this issue. Not once did he take a few min to figure anything out to fix the issue or try to resolve the problem i was having. And then he tried to pass me on to another sales Rep who was even more rude and snotty. The female rep didn't even want to help she started to get loud and have a very nasty attitude. I guess this what happens when you put disrespectful people in a job, they don't know how to act. RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM HERE. ALSO THE REP NAME...
Read moreThe lady store rep basically lied to me and scammed me into getting something I didn't even order. I went to get a new sim connection, first she pushed me hard to get a postpaid connection, even though I wanted a prepaid one. Furthermore, when I agreed to postpaid one she set me up for the top of line postpaid package that I didn't want or need. She never even mentioned she was doing that while sitting in the chair right across me, unbelievable.
The bill slip didn't say the total bill, she said it was because it was postpaid and final bill would show up on my AT&T account online. On logging into my account at home I saw an approximate bill of 150$ due at the end of the month. She said it would be around 60-70$, talk about being truthful. Moreover, she said the activation fee was 15$ and my bill showed 30$. So many lies I can't believe it.
Boosting sales is one thing but outrightly lying to customers is not acceptable. In protest I've canceled my connection on the 3rd day of purchase. Terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with them. Never have I experienced this anywhere in the world. Now I'll have to pay random charges to AT&T for the 3 day use of the Sim, basically for nothing and will also need to get a new connection. An absolute waste of time, effort and money. Save yourself and never follow their lead, research the plans on your own instead of relying on them and taking their word...
