Jimmy Jazz — Local services in New York

I recently have had horrible customer service at this jimmy jazz I usually don’t shop on graham avenue and this just gave me another reason why I should not I just wanted to know if they had any panda dunks in stock and this one employee i’m not sure if she was the manager she said her name Naysha something like that. She was very disrespectful making it seem if I was dumb for even asking for panda dunks. I dont shop on graham ave at all but I had to make a quick run there for my godson. Between this jimmy jazz and hyper active, they both have horrible customer service. The employee's know NOTHING and have a stale personality for someone who works in retail. They have a no cash refund policy which they dont tell you about and once the purchase is complete, they dont care if you need help or even offer any. I bought some sneakers for my son that needed to be exchanged because they were too small. They didn't have the same sneaker in a bigger size and didn't have anything else I liked in his size. I asked for a refund & they said they don't do that. They checked another store and told me they had the sneaker I bought in his size. I drove a few miles to the other store, paid for parking, for them to tell me that they didn't even have that sneaker at all.
