McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I honestly don't expect much from a McDonald's, but this location really isn't very good. The food quality is ok but that's normal for a McDonald's. But the staff kind of make it unenjoyable in a sense where you can say your order as clear as day and theyll mess up and straight up forget parts of the order. There were multiple times were I got my food and I had to go back because they forgot my apple pies or other stuff. Drinks are given to you only if you remind them that you paid for it.the Uber and grubhun delivery drivers seem to hate coming to this place.seems like their always waiting for a insane amount of time,which I'm pretty sure cost them money. Not sure about other people's experiences but man I know mine wasn't...

This location always has a whole bunch of teens hanging out, outside the door then into lobby a d where you sit or order food. Almost all teens are loud arguing yelling shouting and smoking cigarettes plus weed. Some teens are making out. No shame here at all and order takes forever, meanwhile all I order is mocha or coffee. The workers a t like I ordered a drink from space when you add espresso shot or no whip cream a d of course I use mobile app to order and pay for all my orders. So it's a nightmare to have to go into this place at all times. You need a small pocket knife or a pepper spray to go to order or pick up anything here at this McDonald's... The management does nothing to reduce kids to stop smoking or to...

Walk up window was not being serviced when I went. It was really hot outside, and the interior was nice and cool, but way too small for comfort and they are not allowing any indoor dining. I Was kind of disappointed to get a hot meal only to have to sit outside in the hot sun to eat it. In the hot weather, people look for not only the meal, but a temporary oasis from the sweltering heat. Also, they did not have a public restroom that I could utilize, or at least thats what I was told, and as soon as my purchase was complete I felt pressured to leave the premises.
