McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

This place is despicable. I went into the store yesterday around 5:00pm and ordered a beverage. The person making beverages was visibly agitated and rude. After seeing 5 people who came after me get their beverages, I asked the cashier if mine was going to be made. The person making beverages heard me and started to get aggressive and curse me out. He said I can leave, so I asked for a refund from the cashier, the cashier offered to make my beverage and I said I just want a refund. The person making beverages was angry and continued to verbally attack me, and soon after he had to be held back by other staff members because he attempted to physically attack me. I called him a bumb because ewww. The manager wasn’t far away during this time in which I didn’t know she was the manager. The cashier brought her over to submit the refund. She said nothing, in fact she had a nasty attitude towards me. After it processed she said it would take 5-7 business days for me to see my money. I was even more livid. I asked to speak to management because I thought I was being set up on a hidden camera show. She stated that she is the manager. And I asked if that’s how they choose to do business. She pretended that she couldn’t hear me, then pretended that her employee didn’t verbally attack me and attempt to physically attack me. I’m horrified. That ruined my perfect Sunday and I will be leaving reviews until I get over this situation because it’s obvious that people aren’t valued or...

I come here almost every morning for an iced coffee. I promise you, every single time, EVERY TIME, there is an issue. No one follows the recipe. They think every one wants sweet cream when they order an iced coffee. They get upset with you when they get the order wrong. I came in one night, and ordered an iced coffee, and it tasted like sweet watery cream. I asked her if she could make it over because it didn’t taste good, and she did. It was even worse. So I suggested maybe using hot coffee? So she did and it was even worse than the last one. I just asked for a sprite although I came in for the coffee. The sprite tasted like seltzer. She suggested a coke as if coke is anything close to sprite. I asked for a tropical sprite instead. So she was filling up the cup with so much aggression and aggravation with me because I didn’t just accept whatever she wanted to give me for my money. The sprite overflowed from the cup making the cup wet and sticky. She then slammed the cup on the counter... Because I mean, I only paid extra for an iced coffee, got seltzer, then a wet sticky cup. You know I should probably just not complain because I didn’t work hard for MY money... Maybe I should have just thrown my money on the counter and said give me whatcha got. The worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in over 20yrs… I walk in and stand I. Line of an actual McDonald’s worker as she talks to the other one at the register. They proceed to walk away as I’m in line and converse with the rest of the staff for 15 minutes. Then customer of 2 walk in waiting 2 minutes before asking if anyone is taking orders and they seemed bothered and took his order as I was still standing there. After they took their order they walked away from the register again.

My friend pushed as I wanted to leave because it was already 11:20 at this time and I had an order off the app that couldn’t go through. So I just told her the order number and it auto paid. She then gives me a milkshake that was only half full of foam and it wasn’t cold. When I asked for a refund they took it back and then told me I can’t get one from a mobile order and to go through the app, then walked away. When I asked how to do so they ignored me and left me standing there for another 2 minutes.

I spent a total of 45 minutes in this establishment full of rude employees and they seem to be the managers as well so there’s 0 hope for me coming back here…
