At first I gave this place 1 star but after having some time to think I decided to change my mind and changed it to 2.

First things first, if you do not have the temperament to have a customer service based business you have no business in the event services arena. The owner of this place is the rudest I've ever came across. The way she spoke to me is unacceptable and the reason I didn't act out of character is because we still had an event to host.

Second, Im not sure who she had as an employee or if they're still employed but everything came off as a scam. The gentleman took the deposit and set the date. We were then called a few weeks later to be told he ran off with the money and we would have to pay another deposit? That was warning one. It doesn't work like that. The audacity of asking us to pay another deposit shouldn't have been made because it is not the customers fault that you didn't take the proper steps to screen and hire an untrustworthy employees.

Third, my friends had to redo the contract because of this guy running away with the money with a new time and I was in charge of setting up. Speaking with me through the gate like I was a common criminal and the attitude to match the owner would not give me access to the venue as I was an hour early and did not allow me to leave my supplies at the premises due to liability and not wanting to be responsible if anything goes missing. Don't get me wrong, I understand her reasoning but the delivery was disgusting! You would have thought I owed this woman money the way she responded to my "hello I'm here to set up for the event today".

She stayed for the duration of the event watching everyone go in and out of the venue. I guess she thought we weren't the type of company to be left alone and we needed supervision?

With all that said the event turned out to be a success. It was a bit crowded for 50 people but it made it that much more intimate. If you don't mind dealing with hostility then by all means feel free to use this venue but this is the first and the last time I will be a patron at this venue. I suggest hiring a trusted site manager if you can't work well with people. Im sure you will have much much more success with...

Do not book an event here! To start off, this place is a scam and the owner is rude and unprofessional. We called the number listed on google and booked the hall for a baby shower. We signed a contract and paid the deposit the same day. When we tried to pay the remaining balance 2 weeks before the event date (as stated in the contract) we couldn't get in contact with the guy that booked us! So, we went there and called a different number that is on the awning and spoke to a ridiculously rude woman who claimed to be the owner. She explained how they had no record of our event being booked and one of her employees had been booking multiple events on the same day and pocketing the deposit money. Instead of apologizing and offering some solution for the actions of someone SHE HIRED, she proceeded to blame us for not calling this number and booking with her from the beginning. We called the number that was listed on her website, on google, and outside of the hall!!

However, we were still able to have the event on the scheduled date but with shorter hours than promised by the employee who originally booked the event. On the day of the event she texted us a rude, illegible, error-filled message stating again that she knew nothing about the event and we should be happy with the fact that she's still accommodating us. Again, this was the result of someone SHE HIRED! She denied us entry one hour before the event to set up even though it was written into the contract. So we were setting up while guest were arriving. Very inconveniencing. Also, she stayed the entire duration of the event which seemed very threatening and offensive as if we would cause some type of problems...at a baby shower.

I'm writing this review only because she rudely stated that she doesn't care if we leave negative reviews because they will have no affect on her business. I hope she sees the faults in her business practices and adjusts her way of dealing with...

It's not a hall as much as it is a room/space. Decent place, refrigerator wasn't cleaned between usage (juice spills on shelves and bottom. Contact person doesn't respect time, usually late and makes you wait to get in. He started dismantling the room before my event was over or my time was up (very rude). It's a little pricey for the size, and no return from deposit. But it was available for last minute engagement.

Apologies for the delay....Just an update The manager and owner reached out to me immediately after my review and was extremely pleasant and apologetic. She seems to be a woman who takes alot of pride in her services to the community and was unavailable at the time of my engagement. She appreciated me bringing my dissatisfaction to her attention, she seemed very sincere and I might be willing to give a her another try in the future. She came highly recommended from a friend.
