Wonderful experience. Fast professional styles. The staff is very sweet and personable. Sika is so nice. They are located on Chauncey closest to the corner of Ralph Ave and street accessible, close to the C train @Ralph Ave and the 47 bus on Ralph and Banbridge. I honestly, never give reviews good or bad service but coming to this place i honestly felt like i got robbed Never have I ever spent $25 on just a wash and the person who was washing my hair kept changing the temperature of the water super hot or super cold never warm no matter how my time I ask for warm water After the wash i ask the lady how much for everything and she told me $60 which is how much i usually pay at at any other place and once the braids was finished she told me it’s a extra $25 just for the wash “wow” also had to tell the braider can she do over a braid because it came out Crooked end results my braids looked like it...

I made on appointment online to have medium knotless braids. I wasn't able to find the place when I arrived so the owner was kind enough to come find me and walk me to the salon. My appointment was at 3pm and my braiding started a little after 3pm which I was pleased by the fact that she didn't overbook. My braider was kind and gentle with my hair and suggested products to regrow my edges. The braids came out looking great and I have been receiving complaints non stop. I would highly recommend...
