McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I have been to this McDonald's 6 times and the service there is POOR! The cashiers are extremely rude, uneducated, GHETTO, lazy, mean, etc. My family and I went to eat there over the summer and I had asked for the food to be put on one tray and the deserts to be put on another. The dumb Hispanic told me "she packin your bag" :( then she went on to tell the other crew and sad to say they all looked at each other all dumbfounded because they didn't know what deserts were! The managers are incompetent and are in there own world, they don't have any organization whatsoever. I would rate this McDonald's with no stars, that's how POOR it is. The restaurant is NASTY, the bathrooms look like its' decaying. The crew doesn't know the register, uneducated, immature, racists and doesn't know what RESPECT is! Avoid this restaurant at all cost.Save yourself because if you go there you would get screamed at by not one ghetto cashier but all the ghetto cashiers, along with the kitchen staff and managers. This McDonald's needs to fire all the cashiers and managers and bring in educated, respectful employees who care about the job and who wants to be there WORKING, not screwing around! Just because this McDonald's received an "A" from the Department of health doesn't mean there an "A" McDonald's! Get the picture! Fire everyone from here and bring in...

I mobile ordered around dinner time since I was in a rush and didn't have time to wait. I walk in a few minutes later and see it's reasonably busy inside, but not really crazy, and there's plenty of people working behind the counter. Their pickup screen is broken, so you don't know if your order is being worked on or not. After a considerable amount of time passed, I don't see my order anywhere and ask some big black guy with a beard who's handing out orders if he's working on my order number, but he just looks at me and pretty much ignores me, extremely rude. I figure to hell with him, I'll ask one of the girls behind the counter. Of course, she don't recognize my order number, but she was able to find it after some time. The problem was that the slob customers all ordered enormous bags full of food, which made the people behind the counter swamped. Even though my order apparently got lost or something, they slowly kept rolling out other people's orders rather than prioritizing mine. I'm noticing people who came in and ordered in the store after I got there already had their food and were long gone. Completely outrageous experience, worst McDonald's I've ever been to by far, especially having to deal with that rude, slow, idiot guy behind...

The manager and the employee working with her had nasty attitudes towards customers, and the Uber eats pick up people. There’s a bum sleeping in one of the back seats, taking at least four seats and you can’t tell them nothing because they replied to you and walk away like if there was not talking to human being. I came out with my attitude because nobody is going to talk to me no types of ways. That McDonald’s went down the drain. The manager and register lady started talking about me in Spanish like I’m not Hispanic as well, why because I’m dark skinned like them smh. Her mouth dropped when I started talking right back in Spanish too! Me living in the neighborhood for 15 years I never got a treatment like that! Never going back there and I’m making sure that my neighbors, my kids and there friends stop going to that ghetto place! I will walk a little more and stick to the McDonald’s by Morrison and soundview moving forward. I feel all types of ways it’s say they just hire anyone to work now a days and don’t care...
