McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I rarely give 5 stars on anything, but service was exemplary. Got my order in like less than 5 minutes(2-3 minutes). Also very kind I mean i went back because i noticed they didn't give me any sauce. Then I though what can they give me that would make a mediocre sandwich into an awesome sandwich, i asked for picante sauce(hot sauce, but made a hugh mistake. should've vasked for mild picante) summer 90°degree weather(felt uncomfortable the whole day. People with acid reflux like me, go for mild, or eat a piece of cheese after). Big Mac(mediocre, but in this heat. It was ok.)it was another hot day today so I thought I would go get me a big mac and try tartar sauce, might be able to make the big mac tastes awesome. But was told can't, need to wait till 11am. It's funny because, it really wasn't me that wanted a big mac, but my aunt all I have been doing is buying macs for her, because it was a deal $3.50 for a big mac. Avoid the fish filet, 7 for 2 isn't worth it, because the fish sandwich shrunk(I subtitles dollar tree fish sandwich, for my aunt and it's just fine.). Since McDonald's doesn't want to serve me burgers at 7:30am. Went some where, I decide to try a whopper with impossible patty. It was interesting. Even at $3 fish sandwich not worth it. Regret buying it, but my aunt was sick and she wanted fish sandwich, and big mac. Should have just brought 2. Had to eat all four of it. She only took 1 bite took. The small buns mean more doughy buns. Half slice of cheese. Size...

Super clean, comfortable, and welcoming restaurant. Employees are all very polite, friendly and efficient with everything they do. Food is always prepared properly, the burgers are hot and tasty, and everything overall tastes excellent. Always an enjoyable experience. Supervisor/management here obviously does a phenomenal job with training all their team members while keeping everything running smoothly and effectively. Also, they don't hesitate to jump in and help wherever it's required to assist with keeping the flow and the pace of the restaurant's operations at an optimal level. Also, all the team members here are very attentive about customers who are waiting—always keeping people updated on their order status and ensuring customers have everything they need for their meal before they leave the counter and move on to the next order. This is another McDonald's location that is almost always super busy and often full of families with kids. Despite all that, the interior and exterior is always very tidy and well-maintained. Tables and spills are all wiped and cleared promptly, and their fountain area for beverages always functions appropriately and is kept very...

Title: Amazing customer service and honest staff

I recently lost my wallet at here , but thanks to the incredible honesty and kindness of the staff and a good customer, I was able to get it back even after 6 hours. I cannot express how grateful I am to them for going out of their way to help me.

The manager was particularly exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately took action to help me find my wallet. She kept me updated throughout the process and ensured that my wallet was returned to me as soon as possible.

The good customer who found my wallet also deserves a special mention. They could have easily taken the money and cards and left, Cause I lost it in restroom. but instead, they handed it over to the staff to make sure it reached the rightful owner.

Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service and honesty demonstrated by the staff and the good customer at this restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back, and I know that I will be in good hands.
