To all sushi restaurant owners and customers:
It's a shame to make this statement in this way. Because I don't know what is the best way to announce that!
Recently, we found that there are many 1-star bad reviews on our threstaurant's Google business page and Yelp business page, and those accounts have just been registered, have no avatar, only one review, and appear on both Google and Yelp. I havd every reason to believe that this is bad competition from other sushi restaurants, and some sushi restaurant owners have told me that they have experienced this as well.
I don't know what we did wrong? Is it just because our food is better and more delicious that they are jealous? We are committed to providing fresh, delicious food to our customers, nothing more. These dirty and dirty behaviors cannot defeat us, they will only make us make better food to win the favor of customers.
Google and Yelp are both very good merchant platforms, I know. Customers know it too. But we and our customers also know that there are other platforms that can prove our value, such as Grubhub, Uber Eats and DoorDash. Our average score on these three platforms is 4.9 points (out of 5 points). These reviews all came from that truly Ratings from people who spend money on our food, and we also welcome customers ordering our food from these platforms.
We believe that customers will make their own choices and judgments. These unethical behaviors cannot deceive customers. I call on all sushi restaurant owners, no matter what country you come from or what race you are, we can understand and tolerate each other. , to create a fair and just business...
Read moreI think mikawa may be the best sushi place in the neighborhood. I have also eaten at Sapporo and Momo's test kitchen, but I think Mikawa, for a late night dinner that is slightly more upscale, is the best bang for your buck and has the best sushi rolls.
Me and my wife have come here for a number of years now, and they never dissapoint. I also think the 7407 roll is the best sushi rolls I've had. It's a roll with avocado, shrimp, Sriracha on top!, and some fish (can't remember what, but its good).
They also do a great set of desserts, like key lime pie and fried ice cream. For appetizers, the edamame and steamed veggies gyoza are always a hit with my family and our plates are always clean after eating here. I think the special rolls are slightly pricey, but worth it (like the 7407).
The normal rolls, like Boston Rolls, are priced at great value of around 6-7 bucks, while the special rolls can vary from 13 - 17.
Finally, they offer $2.50 beer like Sapporo, which is a crazy price. A normal size bottle as well! Come here for sushi, they do a...
Read moreSecond time customer, both times for take out Food - clean and fresh sushi, good presentation, relatively hearty portions (for sushi). Both times, I've had sushi and sashimi, and both have tasted great. The fish has no smell, and the rice is nice and moist. The miso soup is hearty and with great umami. Location - I have not been in the restaurant aside from picking up, but it looked clean, with a calm and private atmosphere. Service- as above. Counter person was very welcoming when I picked up my order. Value - sushi is a hard thing to value. It seems like there is either cheap dining or high-end counter meals. Places like Mikawa are a rare in between where value meets a decadent dining experience. That said, I could see this becoming easily a $100 tab for two when dining in, after drinks and tips are added. At that price range, the value might be stretched out. Mikawa does offer great food quality and a fairly extended menu, making them a great...
