This branch has been open for many months now. We decided to give it a try for the first time. I chose the first item on the screen: Heart Beet. My wife chose titled Tropical something. It was listed 7 or 8 on the screen. It's made with orange, pineapple, banana and a 4th ingredient I can't remember. Mine was made with orange, pomegranate and beets. We ordered nothing crazy or wildly exotic. Two items from the main menu. The young girl punched them in the system and took my money. There were about 5 people sitting at the tables, who all have been served. We stood by the counter for 5 minutes waiting for our orders. My wife decided to go and sit down at an empty table while we waited. The guy who made the juices looked befuddled while looking at our order on the screen. He went over to a print out of the ingredients for each of the juices. Still he seemed confused. About 10 minutes had passed now. The counter girl went over and spoke to the juice guy, it didn't seem to help, he still looked confused. The guy who looked like he was the manager or owner came back to the room, he had been there when we had arrived and had gone to a back room. He saw me still standing there and asked me if I was being helped. "Supposedly" was my response. He went over and spoke to the juice guy. He looked at the order on the screen and put on a pair of gloves and sent the juice guy away. My wife came over and asked me what was taking so long, it was going on about 20 minutes now. She just wanted to leave, I told her I needed to get my money back. The counter girl said that the juices were almost ready.
