Mike's Diner of Brooklyn — Restaurant in New York

I really wanted to like this place. My friends that live in this area always eat here and told me I had to come. I ordered the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap with French Fries. I asked the waitress to please not put pickles as the pickles ruin the taste of the wrap and fries and she said no problem and assured me no pickles would be added. When the food came there were 3 pickles in the dish. I asked the server if he meant that for someone else and he said the waitress never wrote down no pickles or alerted the kitchen staff. The waitress then came by and said she would remove them. I told her the food was already tainted with the pickle juice. She looked annoyed and said the kitchen was not going to honor the request and that it was nice of her to even remove them for me. Seriously, if a customer makes a simple request to NOT include something, is it that hard to honor it? Anyway, my friends are kind people and still gave her a 20% tip while my food was thrown away. I asked if they could remove the charge for my meal since it was not brought as requested and the waitress said no. This place seriously needs to re-evaluate...

Idk, I have ordered numerous times from this Diner, that has come highly recommended, unfortunately everytime I order there is always a mix up or the food I am choosing is not the greatest. I keep giving this place a chance being that it is the only diner near me in the neighborhood that delivers. But tonight was my last ordering from here. I USUALLY spend anywhere from 30 to 50 dollars on food delivery for my children and me. Tonight ordered the roast beef dinner

, it came with Roast beef and no Potatoes. Seriously! 22 dollars later and tip when I called the girl said oh I'm sorry there was a mix up when I asked you about the potatoes. Seriously no one asked me about any potatoes. So as a very frustrated consumer. I AM putting this out there for all to see. I always find it fustrating when you pay for something and you dont get what is being included. Sad thing is they don't seem to care if there losing a customer, oh well Mike's Diner guess you have enough customers not...

Went with a friend we order burgers went about 1pm place was busy server was ok but don't order a cheeseburger we both order cheeseburger deluxe medium and wanted crispy fries . Ok so buger comes out well fries where soggy. But the worst part was the burgers were bad the taste was definitely off so we couldn't eat them so caked the server over to let her know I'll get the manager. The woman comes over and asked us whats wrong and we told her the buyers don't taste good instead of her saying I'm so sorry let me get your new ones her response was I've been selling them all day so she then took them away I was about to say I wanted something else but she just took them away. So now the second buyers come out cooked medium rid time but still had a bad taste week m while we were waiting we didn't see anyone with buyers.
