This afternoon i decided to place an order with this local restaurant by my job, even after many failed attempts of customer satisfaction on products, delivery, and overall service.
I placed an order and a female answered and i stated i wanted to place an order. She asked me if i was calling from 347- -* i said "Yes" and she asked me to hold. Instead of placing me on hold she continued to speak to her male counterpart. Four times she asked me to hold while all four times i heard the male voice tell her to have me hold. So i finally hung up due to their unprofessional-ism.
Well they decided to call me back and ask if i was going to place an order. After stating i no longer wanted to order from them. The owner Mike told me " I think its best that you don't order from here".
Lets just say Mike i will take your advice and do you one better. I advice no one to order from this unprofessional establishment. To the owner of Mike's to keep business revenue growing you have to have to make your customers priority and not tell them to stay away!

Read moreFirst, the pizza. There’s a really great selection of ready made specialty pies, while that’s great they are not all fresh. I was served 2 buffalo chicken slices from 2 separate pies, one was nice and fresh while the other had definitely been sitting a while.
That being said, the pizza is pretty good, definitely 4 stars for the pizza, 2 stars for the price. $3.50 for a plain slice to go is crazy in my eyes.
What makes me really want to give 1 star or less if possible is the credit card minimum and the $1 surcharge. First off, this is illegal, but okay let’s go with it.
Over three days of working in front of this place and eating here at least twice a day our crew has spent well over $100 and on the last day, second trip in I ran out of cash. When I gave him my credit card he said it’s not over the $10 minimum I have to charge you a $1 surcharge, mine you my order was $8.75.
For that reason, I will definitely be looking to other food options when in this area, I hope the $1...
Read moreOk pizza that is over priced, this is the first pizza place that I've ever seen that makes their specialty pizza a quarter size smaller than their regular slices of pizza. Mike's pizza wouldn't be able to hold his own on next to any pizza places on 3rd st and McDougal Ny Ny, or 6 ave and Bleeker st Ny Ny let alone any Famous Rays in Manhattan, so he brings his con and Manhattan prices to Brooklyn. Three pepperoni slices and two drinks alone at this place run you close to $20 and the quality is to be debated on different days. I rather just order three pies from Dominoes at the same price, with no competition in the area Mike will get fat off the neighborhood until one if these Dollar pizza places that's popping up all over the city sets up nearby then it's over, the gyros are very good and are priced at $5.50 , the lemonade has way to much sugar for any kid to drink the service is good and the...
