The owner of the establishment you can tell has huge passion for the food and service industries, so I love ANYTHING & EVERYTHING chicken 🐔 here I'll say that starting with trying my favorite the classic buttery chicken sandwich not spicy buttery sauce very flavorful can get with pickles Coleslaw 😋 thank me later also ask for a side of the home made Chipotle sauce how delicious that is.... now the other items on the menu are definitely worth your money and if you craving treats with savory meats like their smash burgers or even classic hot dogs where they split two dogs & put yummy sauce & relish in there my gosh flavor is amazing in that also 👏. The decor is invited with checkered vibe and always spotless clean 😋 now next door they have a tea shop right next to them and they're wonderful also . It's right along a convenient strip where there's many places for food & drink but The Buttery leaves an experience in your mouth that'll be craving more in no time!! 😕 now all that being said and giving props where props are due. Right now things here are truly pricey I love coming here but sadly I wouldn't be able to afford coming as much as I would like too 😢 and cash is king remember that so when going here please keep that in mind and have cash to save a little 🙏 ❤️ we all going through some rough times right now that being said support local businesses that care and strive to feed our communities ♡♡ All the best Maria says...

I recently stopped by this spot, and I have to say, their Philly cheesesteak is an absolute masterpiece. The moment it arrived, I could smell the fresh, warm bun that was soft on the inside with just the right amount of structure to hold everything together. The steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection so every bite was full of rich, savory flavor. The melted cheese tied everything together in the most comforting, mouthwatering way, creating that perfect pull you hope for with a great cheesesteak. Every bite felt indulgent yet balanced, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

The burger was also a delight — thick, juicy, and cooked just right. The patty was flavorful, the toppings fresh, and the bun perfectly toasted to give it a satisfying bite. It had that classic, comforting taste you want in a burger, but elevated with a touch of care and quality that really stood out.

Pairing these dishes with the inviting atmosphere and friendly service made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place you can’t wait to revisit, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another...

Rady and the server behind the counter were "eggcelent" in their service and hospitality. From start to finish, they checked-in occasionally to ensure that the food was to your liking. I emphasized my take on the elote fries and Rady was kind enough to take my suggestion to heart. The burger was excellent in that it was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the egg on top was cooked perfectly runny, which enhanced the umami of the overall burger. It was definitely a pleasant experience and their menu is so expansive that I can't wait to come back to try more of their other selections. For the elote fries, I hope they'll elevate it even more by making it more similar to actual elotes, by adding more corn and coating the fries a bit better with actual elote condiments and cheeses.
