Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HALF STAR! These people ruined my best friends wedding reception. They were TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE with the cake. We waited 45 minutes for them to open the place and they never did!! Then we returned later and the cake wasn’t ready!!!! The owner never came out to apologize and the man she sent out to speak for her (husband I guess) was so rude and arrogant not apologetic In the least. He simply said, “nos cojio el día” which in Spanish means we woke up late!!!! Then he claimed there was an accident with the cake and that it “slipped” and got smudged and that Nelly was re-icing it so I had to wait another 15 minutes. I missed my friend’s reception because of their ineptitude. The cake tastes good but it was 100% not even remotely worth the headache these people caused. Not to mention she screwed up the filling! And then layered two different ones - dulce de leche and guava!! Ugh! Angry isn’t even the word for how I feel after what these people did. They are painfully incompetent. I will never again buy not a even a cupcake from them. EVER. I’m so disgusted by the non-chalant, irresponsible and inconsiderate way they run...

Horrible. Had a cake made for a birthday. The cake looked pretty but had an extremely bitter taste. It was embarrassing. no one ate. I Went back the very next day with practically the entire cake and a gentleman who was there tasted it. He had the nerve to say me what do i expect if i ordered a dark cake .. very unprofessional nasty attitude. Spoke to owner NELLY who was no help as well. After a lengthy back and forth ,she gave me a cake. Got home and realized it was an old cake she Didn't mind getting rid of.... NEVER AGAIN. That's why It's best not to deal with ma and pa stores... People always feel the big stores put them out of business. But u would never have issues with returning or having something...

I had never been to this bakery before and wanted to try it Read some previous comments that someone had called to place an order an was hung up on, so a little weary with ordering. Others comments stated the cake was dry, still a little afraid but decided to place an order any way. So glad that by did. The cake was delicious. Not dry very moist. The icing was delicious, not overly sweet. The cake was beautiful. Mostly my daughter was so happy with the cake.
