New True Blue Deli Grocery — Restaurant in New York

The Verdict is in TRUE BLUE is excellent , 5 stars everyday!!! The food is always well cooked and freshly prepared daily. The space is always clean , the counters , the entrance always clean.. it is great. As soon as you walk in , there is always some Spanish music in the background, a low level rumble of operations people ordering their food , their lottery tickers and their sandwiches. It's amazing how Antonio, the man behind delicounter; always has a great word for the customers and remembers how almost everyone likes their sandwiches and salads made... just in general it's a great place.. the prices are a little up but the food is GREAT.....

This establishment is much more than a 'bodega'. They have a full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options that change each day of the week. The wraps and salads are excellent and the hot food selections are the home made kind of delicious. One of my faves are the Turkey Wings (2/$4). I grab those and make rice and veggies to go with them when I want a healthy yet speedy prep meal. The staff is friendly, patient and professional.
