Nora Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from here because my usual place was closed. Omg. Their pizza is so good. The wings are small but the sauce is really good. The garlic knots are flavorful. Delivery was fast, food was still hot when it got here. I’ll definitely order from here again!

EDIT: I ordered 2 buffalo slices and they gave me one with tomato sauce and one without. The one with tomato sauce was fine. The one without was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like they made it last week and microwaved it today. So I brought it back to see if they could give me a new one with sauce since that one was better. The original slice had 2-3 bites taken out since I tried it and my boyfriend tried it to see if it was really that bad. He asked if we could have a new slice since we didn’t like this one. They said “we don’t deal with unlikes.” And went on about how it’s wasting the business’s money to remake a slice. Never been to any food place that doesn’t remake the food if it’s nasty. Needless to say I won’t be back. If you can’t afford to throw away one slice of pizza BECAUSE IT WAS NASTY why are you even open? Really bad customer service. The display of food provided a variety of food. There were two guys behind the counter so the tables, which were completely empty should have been clean but weren't. I had to ask for a cloth to wipe my table but one of the guys came out to partially wipe it. We ordered a sausage roll. I really enjoyed the bread. It was baked just right in texture and taste. What disappointed me was there was very little sausage in the roll for the $6.00 price and it was still cold inside. Today the young man working around 2pm 7/3/2020 gave me my pizza buffalo spicy chicken with a roach in the bag thinking I wouldn’t see it or find it. Very unprofessional and I have photo of the bag alongside my friend. I really thought today this would be a nice place to eat at. Especially during this quarantine with the whole virus going around. This place gave me a pizza with a roach in the bag. I asked the man for a box and he said he didn’t have, but gave my friend a box when we paid $40+ and couldn’t give me a box and gave me separate bags. In the bag I found a roach.
