I wish this business much success and may come back for services in the future. I'm strictly providing the facts through my eyes.

*Located in the Bx. Good if you don't always want to go to Manhattan. *Offers Groupon deals. *Less expensive than Manhattan spas. *Friendly staff.

The welcome sign reads "Please wait quietly for your appointment and take calls outside" (paraphrasing) but in the meantime, there's no underlying soothing, peaceful, music or nature/running water sounds like at most spas. They did have Home Alone playing on the tv in the waiting area. This doesn't really set the tone for a soothing atmosphere. There wasn't any new age, soothing music in the treatment room either. It was all instrumental pop which was ok, but again it doesn't promote relaxation.

The salon is a row house converted into a spa, so it's cramped and maneuvering is difficult. The treatment rooms are also a bit old fashioned/dated. It definitely is not a state of the art or luxury facility.

To keep coming here, you have to decide what appeals to you and what amenities you desire. If you're looking for a robe, slippers, snacks/beverages, or a zen experience you won't receive it here. If you just want an affordable service with no frills, then this is the...

I just completed a colon hydrotherapy appointment. I not only had to wait an hour to be serviced. I was shorted on my time by 7 minutes. The owner had an attitude when I asked if there was going to be time added due to the inconvenience. When I told the lady at the front desk that I was shorted on my time by 7 minutes she also had an attitude and kept responding “okay”. There was no resolution until I asked her what are you going to do about this because it is extremely unprofessional. She said “what do you want me to do, add 6 minutes to your next appointment” with an attitude. Also body language says a lot. I will complete my next appointment with this place because I have a Groupon package but I will never patronize this place again. They then cancelled my follow up appointment and told me to contact Groupon for a refund. These people are prejudice, rude, unprofessional and based on the rest of the reviews they need to...

This place is ok if you like do it yourself. Went here years ago and staff was super friendly before we paid. Brought a friend who had never done this before and probably never will. As a matter of fact after a long day at work we rushed to get there on time. My colleague never did get her colonic because they took too long. We waited 2 hours.
