Villa Maria Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

This is the better of the pizzerias around. But what really stood out to me was their delivery service today. I ordered a pizza for my and my neighbor’s kids playing outside. I asked the delivery man if he happened to have paper plates with him, he said no but he could go back and get them. I said no please don’t bc it’s too hot (heat wave today) and thanked him anyway. Every time I come to Villa Maria Pizza, Kat makes the experience even better. She’s honestly the best she so friendly, so genuine, and always makes you feel right at home. The food is great. Yet the service sucks. The delivery guys are more friendlier on the phone when they answer to take orders. Your business wouldn't remain open if it weren't for your customers. I've lived in the area for 10 years now and the owner has yet to change his attitude. This used to be my go to place all the time but being I don't like to be put in a bad mood when I call I only order once...
