NY Famous Deli — Restaurant in New York

This deli/bodega/corner store has been advertising on Uber Eats and Doordash as a restaurant under the name "CraveBurger" and/or "Top Panini Shop". They take pride in this shady common practice which is known as a "ghost kitchen" where they can legally perform false advertisement and pretend to be a restaurant. New Yorkers, we have been bamboozled long enough by any and everybody lately since the pandemic began. And now Uber Eats and Doordash is helping take part in this legal scam. So please, let's not support phony local bodegas posing as a restaurant aka "ghost kitchen". It's not okay and we work too hard for people to keep tricking us out of our hard earned money for trashy overpriced frozen pizzas and burger patties you can buy from the local hood Met Food or C-Town supermarket. So I've ordered from CraveBurger 2-3x lately using UberEats. Apparently upon writing this review, I've discovered the business is actually a bodega named 'NY Famous Deli' and not an actual restaurant 'CraveBurger'. The only thing tasty has been the ghost pepper french fries and the hamburger buns has soft tops. The patties are too thin, the burgers usually overcooked (even for a Medium request) and the bottom of the buns are too hard (overtoasted). The photos on UberEats show thick patties and thick onion rings but what you get is opposite. Thin patties and small frozen onion rings. I wouldn't order again. False advertising in name...

Ordered from here on ubereats, and half of my order was missing, and was given a different sandwich than the one that I ordered. They were not able to give me a refund & neither did ubereats. Very disappointed, as I paid & only got like 2 things out of 5 things that I ordered. First and last time I order from here & will never refer anyone here.
