NY Frituras — Restaurant in New York

This place is by far the best place to go to to get frituras in NYC! I'll be breaking down by each category.

Food: Food is 5/5 stars! I wish I can give them 6 stars. My girlfriend and I called to make a big order for an event we had that day. we got 10 Pastelitos, 10 kipes, maduros, & chicharon sin huesos. Extremely fresh, got exactly what we asked for. couldn't ask for more better quality food.

Service: Service is very important in any food business. NY Frituras has one of the best customer services I ever experienced. when my girlfriend and I called them to place our order, the beautiful kind hearted Maria (worker) was so calm and patient with us. She told us exactly what they had available, also willing to answer any questions we had in such a polite positive manner. Upon arriving to the place to pick up our order, Maria told us that it was going to take some time due to the fact that everything is being made fresh. while we waited she even gave my girlfriend and I pastelitos just to keep us busy while we waited. again, so positive and kind I couldn't ask for a better experience for customer service! even went as far as giving us free sauce (ALOT OF SAUCE) just because, once again, Maria has outdone herself. She shared a story with me on the very long hours she works just to feed the community. Maria you are a national treasure, thank you for giving my girlfriend and I great food and a great experience.

Atmosphere: The place is a mobile food truck located at a gas station, however, It felt more like being at home with your mom/grandma cooking the perfect meal!
