Oh.Sweet.Mason [Desserts, Custom Birthday Cake & Specialty Cupcakes] — Restaurant in New York

I do not speak for OSM, but I would like to clear up a misunderstanding in regard to a review made yesterday. The review claims that the young lady who works there was rude. That young lady was me, owner of Bowl, which is located in the same store front. Mr. Herrera stated that he had a negative interaction with me, which he did, but the statements made regarding that interaction are untrue. As someone who has never patronized either business, it is disheartening that he would create a post that has nothing to do with services he received from either business. His post was personal and concerned a parking space that was rightfully obtained. As a small business we thrive on reviews and word of mouth, for this gentleman to base his review on his interaction with me over a parking space and not service he received or food he purchased is wrong and it is especially wrong to continually blame the wrong business. This was a personal interaction that had nothing to do with either business. This gentleman was absolutely correct when he stated, "It's a shame that these types of people believe they can do whatever they want without caring if what they do is right or wrong!", Leaving reviews like this that do not concern the actual business is wrong and can be damaging. Leaving a review that is untruthful, with intent to prevent future business is also wrong but that seems to be the point of his review. I am sorry that Oh Sweet Mason was wrongfully accused, and I hope that his post does not have a negative impact on her business or ours. It is also my hope that one day this gentleman will actually base his review of the business he is accusing on facts about service and product, I am sure he'd be pleasantly surprised. As stated in all other reviews under this business and Bowl, we will continue to deliver great service with a welcoming smile, sweet treats and food that keeps you coming back for more. While I do not speak for OSM, I'm sure OSM and we at Bowl are super grateful for all of our customers who have left positive reviews on our service and food. It is my hope that you continue to patronize our businesses. We appreciate you and look forward to continuing to be one of your favorite spots for sweet treats...

I commissioned the baker, Takia Brown, to make a cake and cupcakes for my mom’s surprise 77th birthday party and when I saw this woman created a masterpiece?! I gave her a reference, the color scheme, and flavors I wanted and she blessed me with a beautiful 3-tier cake that was purple and gold, with black and white flowers incorporated! And the cake was DELICIOUS. Not too sweet and very flavorful. She made the bottom and top tiers strawberry; the middle tier was lemon raspberry. And the cupcakes???? I never knew cupcakes could be so beautiful! And she offers delivery service on top of it! For her craft and labor, her product was worth every penny. Next time I need desserts made, Takia will be the one to call! Wishing her business nothing but growth, success, and longevity!...

Got a few different treats and everything was delicious !! I got the red velvet cheesecake brownies for my sisters and enjoyed it a lot !! I loved the biscoff cookie cheesecake mason jar, 100/10 💜 i bought the banana pudding mason jars as well ( and they were super accommodating with not putting bananas in it lol ) , as well as the vanilla mason jars and all in all everything was good ! You cannot go wrong with anything that you buy from here , and i traveled from the Bx to try it ! I highly recommend trying the desserts AND the food from here ; the popcorn chicken was also delicious . The icing on the cake is how amazing and nice the workers are , i will be making regular...
