CVS — Local services in New York

I had to pick up my RX & waited on the line for 12 min.Finally,when it was my turn at the cashier. was Ridiculous and could not find my account information in the computer. They couldn't do the search and had me wait another 16 min to find the error. They didn't put in the correct info. Today, I noticed their are no cashiers, just those machine do it yourself scanners

Furthermore the shelves are empty and I don't see it being stocked anytime soon. The aisles are a mess, dog food is in 2 lanes. canned goods like soup in 3 different locations- When I told this to the manager he smiled and said "ok". I try to avoid this CVS. They never ring up the items correctly. Long lines as the staff tries to scan and can not get it right. You need the card to score items with points and can scan them for a price check which is usually broken. The pharmacy is located in the back and have long lines because once again-they rather talk among themselves than fill your order. They also will claim your insurance card is off and make a fee up. This once took me a long time on the cell phone to clear up...

Stay away from this branch. This CVS is the definition of GHETTO! This CVS makes the neighborhood look bad! I came 15 minutes before closing and the security guard (I believe his name is Brandon) says to me it's closed, I told him I got here 15 minutes before 9pm and I needed my daughters prescription. My daughter now can't sleep because of respiratory issues, He denied my request. Five minutes later he let in another person in. I have full video and will disclose this discrimination I just experienced. After I left this review I noticed other customers are experiencing the same thing. Closing the doors 15 minutes before closing. Very unprofessional I would like to see new management or change that racist security guard. Video will be shared on social media. I will be calling to transfer my daughters prescriptions. I will never do...

I had placed an order for a few 4×6 pictures to be printed out. It was supposed to be pick up in 2 hours. Got no confirmation that the order was ready. We are now an entire day later, I went anyway, saw an employee typing away on their phone, and asked for help getting my pictures printed. No, it was absolutely impossible to print out the pictures. Even though the store had no customers and the person on staff was texting. Also, the self print kiosks were out of order. I think I have to cancel this order because with this attitude and level of customer service, it could be weeks before they manage to print 5 4×6 pictures. The cvs does have a parking lot and seemed well stocked. So there is that. Just avoid for anything that requires customer service. They don't...
