I’m so tired of this place. Everyone is exceptionally polite, except for one guy behind the counter, who always happens to end up taking my order. He takes the order so confidently, but then always gets it wrong. Then be prepared for him to tell you what you said and didn’t say during your order. Extremely frustrating. I went 2 days in a row and both times i had to come back. The first day they completely neglected to put the other sandwich in the bag that i ordered so i had to drive back after realizing it wasn’t in there. The second day my bagel was so burnt and crunchy that i couldn’t make it past one bite before deciding to return to the store. When I got there there’s no apology or empathy although they did replace it i should have to come back a second time for them to make it right. The place appears to be a well run place and is nice and clean. Other than that. I’ll be traveling further for my breakfast fixes. Especially with how overpriced this place is they need to...

Bagels are decent enough, but the prices are outrageous. The one star is due to the food preparers who seem to take it as a personal affront if they have to say ‘what?’, as well as the horrible attitude exhibited by the cashiers, who were never trained to say ‘good morning’ or ‘thank you,’ even when customers greet them first. I see more enthusiasm from the people legally enrolled in community service cleaning up the Belt Parkway bike path. Everyone seems upset and bothered by your very presence. Parking is impossible. Maybe 15 narrow spots, and the guy who delivers bagels sometimes double parks, blocking customers’ exits. If you find yourself in the area and are hungry, keep driving. I will never degrade myself by entering this...

They must be under new management. The counter guys are great!

The new bosses are charging things incorrectly and trying to justify it.

A bacon, egg and cheese on a raisin bagel. A wrap with egg whites, turkey and tomato 2 Bai drinks total 29.80.

I asked for the receipt and asked why it was that much. Well, they itemized every part of the wrap sandwich including the eggs, totaling almost 14.75.

I called them out on it and he told me that they had to charge me for each ingredient.

I told them there was no way wrap that fits in a cardboard container can be almost 15.00.

After much going back and forth he itemized again and gave me back 3.80.

I will not be going back. Check...

July 2025 update: The price of everything jumped up overnight, What happened to this place, looks like new owners, but lots of same employees, but still went massively down hill. What the hell happened to the bagels? Why are they so small?? Bagels are legit palm size or smaller. 30 minutes in store for 1 egg sandwich, how? It wasn’t even busy. My coffee has been wrong 3 different times, even though they literally write the coffee order down on paper, the wrap I got recently was so small it looked like a McDonald’s snack wrap. I guess it’s time to stop going here, super sad as they used to be good and have good iced coffee. Decent BEC, could use some more egg though

I’ve been going to this deli for almost 20 years. Over the years, the actual care into making their food has drastically diminished. They just don’t care anymore. Their bagels by the dozen is still a must but don’t get anything prepared by them. They will 100% get your order wrong, then have an attitude when you ask for your correct order. Or burn your simple roll or bagel and make excuses to why it is burnt. I believe people only still patronize this place because of mere convenience. Nothing more.
