China Tokyo — Restaurant in New York

Below us my old review, that was a three star. Here is the last one. Went out with our friends. Took 25 minutes to get the drinks, the hibachi steak was so overdone it tasted like rubber. The Celtic lemonade was well lemonade, no whiskey. The good took for ever, for orders arrived at random times spread over 45 minutes. My wife said she won't even order take out from them. Too bad.

This place is awesome. The freshest fish in Brooklyn, if you get takeout or eat in here, it'll ruin all other sushi places for you. Their delivery takes forever. I just drive over after calling ahead.

Thus was before, lasted about two years, the fish is still fresh, but the service has been getting progressively worse, the manager Argues with customers over other times, the new staff aren't trained, they don't know how to use the POS, mess up orders. If they address the issues, I'll update the review, and put back the two...

This was one of the worst dining experience I ever had in my life. Cindy is very rude and doesn’t have good customer service. When she served our food She threw the plates on the table with no regard of giving each customer their dish. As my friend and I started eating I realize that my food wasn’t fully cooked, and my friends smelled spoiled. As we tried to let the waiter know about our food, she continues to tell us no no no the food is good. She became rude instead of having good customer service and figuring a way to fix the problem, instead She told us we were no longer able to come there and she tried to take pictures of us smh. I rarely do this but since I'm laying in bed right now sick i have to I have went to this place over a dozen times its my "spot" like ive told ppl But after Wednesday night NEVER AGAIN.. i walk in seeing a sign with a B rating i never noticed before.. but ignored it because I'm like I know this place no way..

But just in case ill order one cooked specialty roll one non..a shot of hennessy ( no more happy hr by the way smh) ive been SICK FOR 2 DAYS i feel awful stomach pains nausea unfortunately sad to say goodbye to my local spot and i hate to blast a business but maybe this will be a way they can clean up their act...
