Ozzy’s Coffee — Restaurant in New York

Terrible service! I placed an order on TGTG and the guy at the front was unfamiliar and rude. Tried to tell me there was only a plain croissant left because “people have been coming all day to pick them up” yet there was only one order available that day. I acknowledged the fact that a plain croissant wasn’t a $12 value or even a $4 value that I paid. He then got upset and asked if I wanted him to help me or not. He then called his boss on the phone who wasn’t there, and when he hung up he told me she said they aren’t supposed to be on the app anymore and that they will cancel my order. I asked if he can do it there and he said his boss is going to do it remotely from wherever she is. I waited all day for them to cancel my order and they never did and now I see they have 2 orders available for pick up tomorrow on the TGTG app. The guy clearly lied to my face and they don’t care about their customers. I’m literally the third person today that had to leave a 1 star review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! and support other...
