Pablo's Diner — Restaurant in New York

I went to get a veggie burger, cause I'm vegan and luckily they had no cheese on it. But the burger itself tastes like a very bad very old boca burger. This Black Bean burger was very dry. The fries were ok. And the only thing I liked was the 1/2 pickle and that was definitely store bought. I didn't even touch the Cole slaw which was a one tbsp amount and that's cause of the mayonnaise in it. Rating 1-10, id give it a 3.. I don't know if I'd go here again. Their Mexican-style food as good as it gets and comparable to Mexican restaurant on other side of Newkirk Plaza. Also serves American-style diner food. It's a breakfast & lunch place and only a few times I found this place still open by evening. Single bathroom available in rear. Pablo's is a diner. It's in the name. It's not fine dining, but I love diner food sometimes. It's affordable, though prices everywhere are rising. The selection is, well, huge. My favorite selections are the "Hunter's Plate," which is a breakfast extravaganza. Anything that is standard diner fare is done well here.
