Panda Delight — Restaurant in New York

As I was trying to finish the rice (first time ordering from here) , I noticed something shaped like a mouse poop. At first I thought it was a burned rice. I tried breaking it in half. If it was rice it would have broken easily even though its burned. But it was very hard to break. If you notice on the other 2 photos how this yellow liquid came out of it. I smelled it and it has a nasty strong smell. I recommend everyone not to waste money to get yourself very sick . I don’t write reviews, I usually never do but I’m disgusted. I placed an order for delivery for more than $67. I waited for the delivery. I did not get it. I called the delivery person. He said he left the order with the doorman. He did not. The doorman had no knowledge of a delivery. I called the restaurant to tell them I did not receive my order. The woman answering the phone said the restaurant did not receive my order. She was extremely rude. How is it possible that their delivery person left the food with the doorman if the restaurant never received the order? I will NEVER place an order with this restaurant again! They take the payment for the food ordered, however, they do not...

The food at this restaurant is generally very good. However, I encountered an issue with a delivery order. I had specifically requested fried rice instead of white rice in the notes section of my order. Despite this, I received white rice with my meal. It appears the restaurant chose not to honor my request for fried rice, presumably because it was not included in the original price. I would have appreciated if they had either charged me the extra cost for fried rice or informed me that it would incur an additional charge, rather than simply ignoring my request and not providing...
