Had a very uncomfortable time in this establishment. This is the 2nd time out of 3 occasions. I wanted K to take care of me but she was busy with a client. I came in this institution for a few services done which included eyelashes. I allowed another woman second seat from the window to work on my lashes. Before i could even sit down i was badgered about trying "mink" lashes. After that, while getting my lashes done, the owner decides to blast Indian music so loud that i couldn't think. I and another woman were the only clients in there. All the while one of the other ladies ( younger girl with longer hair) who worked there was burning a hole through my head as she sits right next to me watching the process of my lashes. She really creeped me out and as i tried to lighten the mood and asked her what she thought of my lashes she just gave me a nasty look. At this point i wanted to get the hell out of dodge. The lashes were satisfactory, but i have had better applications elsewhere. I find that these new workers are very pompous and ill trained. This establishment was way better when they first opened up, now that cocky attitude has escalated because they are located in a good area for business and they feel that people will come anyway and spend their money. I live very close and its a shame. All in all a rating of 1 star...

I go to this place on a regular to get my eyebrows threaded by my lady (don’t remember her name) but today she wasn’t there so I decided to risk it and go to another lady and I REGRET IT . I instructed her to clean my eyebrows up and shape it NOT THIN OR GIVE ME A BALD SPOT. I sat in her chair and she began threading it and I noticed how everytime she went to clean my eyebrows the thread would break. I looked up from my chair and noticed immediately a light spot on my eyebrows . I told her that wasn’t there before and that she had messed up my eyebrows but she told me it’s “Extra Hair” that she removed. HOW IS THIS EXTRA HAIR? YOU GAVE ME A BALD SPOT ON MY THICK EYEBROWS AND THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE. Instead of taking accountability or apologizing she told me she could fix it . I refused for her to fix it because if you couldn’t follow simple instructions the first time why would i trust you to fix the second time? I asked to speak to the manager, she refused! I asked for her name, she refused! Again! So i had to go to another location in the area by footlocker and they fixed it up for me. It didn’t change the fact my eyebrows have a bald spot but the girl Zariah made sure my eyebrows looked good and decent. She even recommended me an oil to get to grow It back . I will definitely go back to Zariah...

I've being cleaning my eyebrows by threading for almost 20 years. Of course, occasionally the threat breaks. However, today a woman named Mina broke the threat three times within the beginning of my clean up. She was applying so much pressure to my face that everytime the threat broke it snap against my skin, leaving a minor lingering pain (which hasn't happened on previous ocassions when the threat broke). When I asked Mina to proceed carefully, she immediately became defensive and exclaimed it wasn't her fault, that the threat breaks on its own. I told her that, when other people have done it, it never broke that quickly, frequently or painfully. Mina escalated her attitude and tone and she told me that she has been doing this for nine years and that she didn't want to finished walked away and continue speaking in a foreign language. Her co-workers offered to finished my eyebrows, which I accepted and they did a better job than Mina (both in quality and professionalism). When I asked for the manager, Mina cut me off and exclaimed they weren't "managed" but that the owner comes later in the day and I came come back then, which a disappointed customer should not have to go through in order to present...
