I love and adore the food from Panda Express but I truly hate this specific location it clearly states on google and their website that they close at 9:30 I arrived at 830 and they told me that they weren't making anymore fresh food that it's whatever's left. The majority of the meat seemed it was there for a pretty long time and it looked dried and no longer eatable. When I finally got my food I say at the restaurant to eat and one of the girls there very rudely started to say "people need to hurry up because we're closing" and then proceeded to start throwing soaped water throughout the floor while I was still eating my food. I understand the principle I wanted to leave on time and get home at a decent time but I also understand the principle of customer service so if your establishment has on their door and their website that closing is at 9:30 then your staff shouldn't proceed to do everything humanly possible to make customers feel uncomfortable to the point they can't enjoy their food in peace without having dirty soap water all over the floor to further emphasis that you're closing. Read moreOn 7/20/22 @3:45pm, I was placing my order and the staff were very disrespectful with me. The manager was there and do nothing about their workers poor ethics and professionalism. A latina lady was about to serve my order and another lady dark skin color shows up and took the plate from the latina lady. I told her that I was being help and that I prefer the other lady to serve my food. The dark skin lady got upset about it and started acting with a attitude and talking about me with her coo-worker and laughing and making comments like make sure to use the food measure to serve her food, until I confronted them. The manager witnessed everything and didn’t do anything. I decided to leave without buying the lunch, because I was disappointed with this negative customer service experience. I used to be a regular customer but, now I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS...
Read moreHeard of PanEx from friends on west coast, saw it in the midwest, but didn't get to try it till this location. Perhaps I'm used to great Chinese food from hole-in-the-wall take out spots, and the bar of excellence being set higher in NYC due to all the competition. But this wasn't a good first experience... Avoid all breaded meat dishes, as there is hardly any meat. The noodles seem dehydrated, and weren't thoroughly soaked before cooking. Also it seemed that two workers were emptying out two tasty containers to fill a customers order, which I almost found impressive; it was their lunch break though and they wanted to beat us to it, lol.
End of the day, given how many lower priced, better, local, Chinese food places there are, and with better service, I don't see this location lasting long.
Great seating area, but the tables should...
